A pleasant hotel, perfect for an overnight stay which is not that far from train station. It is about 1km walk into town, so not that far. 

The room was very clean with nice decor. A comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, staff really helpful.

Comfortable stay

The hotel is very nice and new. The rooms are comfortable and the swimming pool is wonderful. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very rich. The only drawback is that if you're not from the south, you have to drive quite a long way down the main street to get to the hotel.

Wonderful and recommended

At first glance, given the presence of a swimming pool, it would look good... then as soon as you get into the room, you realize that the appearance is misleading.

Not much.

If we could put a negative note I wouldn't hesitate for a second... If you like the noise near a highway, the rooms arranged like in a Soviet HLM, the hard and uncomfortable beds, the empty pools, the unfit and cold showers, a more than dubious cleanliness and chemical orange juice in the morning, don't hesitate to love it!

It's a shame.

This place has it all , it's clean, it's cheap, the rooms are a good size,and decorated to a high standard,  lovely bathroom, great shower , well kept gardens at the rear, with a good breakfast for  €5.the people at the reception couldn't do enough for you, and both the man at night and the woman in the morning were very charming and polite ,staying here was a pleasure

Excellent

We stayed here two nights. The hotel were full so they gave us a big apartment. The apartment was really nice and clean. The Wi-Fi worked well in the room. The breakfast was really good. The location is good, you can walk to the old city in 15 minutes. 

Really nice stay

Stayed with a couple of friends just for 1 night. We where a group of 23 the front desk staff service was great. He was really friendly took each of us to our rooms and helped us with every question we had he even helped us when we needed to do laundry and it was already closed for the day. Amazing service.

Comfortable friendly hotel with a great swimming pool. Friendly helpful staff but beware. 
On check out we were charged €24 for 3 breakfasts. On check in the cost was € 5 each so €15. I have emailed the hotel but 2 weeks later have had no reply. I know mistakes can be made but the lack of response shows that they are not bothered.

Over charged for breakfast

Having spent two nights in this hotel, close to the old town and the bridge, it is noteworthy: a very good geographical location (15 minutes' walk along the Neretva with some grocery stores and bakeries), the very good reception of the staff (flexibility to drop off business before check-in time), the pleasant swimming pool after days of visiting, as well as the great cleanliness of the room.

A very good walk to explore the area.

The hotel is not Easy to find if you are using Google maps for some reason. It simply shows a wrong place on the right street. There is however a rather visable sign in front which you can see on the right side when driving trough Bulevar street towards the center. That is how we found it while gps was still saying "continue for 800 m". The hotel is rather new and clean. The pool is a bit small but Nice and clean and in the shade. In Hercegovina, shade is your friend. Breakfast was fine. The hotel it self has a lot of interesting details and all room look a bit different from eachother. We liked that. 

Drinks were a bit pricey compared to the prices in Mostar. Beer was 4KM, soda and water 2KM, and liquers were 8KM (even for local stuff like rakia and travarica which will set You back 3-4KM when outting). There is a complimentary watercooler in the reception. 
Wi-fi was fine in the reception area and not that good on the 2. Floor. 

Toilet has a very weak flush for some reason. It Works better if You Use a lot of toilet paper... a Big weird. 

The room we stayed in had an automatic fan in the toilet which made quite a noise when getting turned on causing roommates to wake. A small error which Im sure is allready fixed. 

Location is great. Within walking distance of the old bridge and old town but still quiet at night. The service was fine and the staff friendly. They dont give You a print of a bill if You put some drinks on your room and You dont sign for it or anything which had our red flags up but in the end it went fine and they didnt overcharge us or anything. 

Would definitly stay here again if Im
coming back to Mostar.
