If your thinking of spending a day or 2 and don't plan on spending much time at the hotel it will suffice. TV was old remote did not work and the picture was fuzzy on some channels. There was a small hole on draw sheet and my room was small with no room for movement.
In my opinion its only redeeming feature is its closeness to the old town and the 3 lovely staff that work at reception. During my 8 weeks of travel they were the most helpful pleasant hotel staff that I came across. 
If I were to return to Saragevo I would book another hotel.

Not overly impressed

The host/owner met us at the airport, brought us back to the hotel and through our whole stay was genuinely helpful and welcoming - even to the point of ordering in coffee while we were waiting for our taxi at the end of our stay.  The location of this lodging was amazingly convenient to the old town.  We were able to walk everywhere - but the tram was very close by if we had wanted to travel by tram.

We had the same issue as other reviewers. We had paid online through Expedia for 2 nights due to the high ratings and the owner said that he did not receive the money. We refused to pay again as we had proof of payment. The owner then put us in a different location behind his property. The new location was unacceptable. The room was dirty and cramped. Since we had prepaid we spent the night but were not at all comfortable. The owner assured us that the second night would be refunded, it was not. Breakfast was not available even though it was stated in the reservation. When we returned the key to this property, where we picked it up, staff said " you did not stay here, we do not want the key" Is this a scam? Do they let you book one property then have you stay in another? Do they try to make all prepayments pay again? I think so. Beware

Terrible Scam

At check-out  we had to pay cash while remembering that we had already paid by credit card. The owner replied that it was not paid. We paid the same because we had to leave in a hurry. Upon returning to Italy we checked with our bank the payment made six months earlier.
We sent mail with documents to B & B Vijecnica. They verify with their bank, admitted the mistake with apologies and promised to refund the money paid twice. Simply by bank transfer.
SEVERAL TIMES PROMISED, REFUND NEVER MADE.
Avoid B & B Vijecnica, dishonest people!
Furthermore, beds never remade, unchanged towels  and very poor  breakfast; only fake kindness in the prospect of a planned theft of 80 euros. Is it worth risking this negative advertisement ?!?
As happened to a Norwich group last year who have suffered the same theft,  B & B Vijecnica management will reply that we are just bad people!

THIEVES OF HENS, PAID TWICE – LADRI DI GALLINE, PAGATO DUE VOLTE.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice small BB, extra good location, only few minute walk from old town. Opposite BB there is kiosk where you can buy refreshments. You can park your motorbike safety and free. Definitely I can visit again.

I would recommend this B&B for a weekend in Sarajevo. The location is perfect, at a minute walk to the old town, the free parking space is an added value as it is not easy to find one in Sarajevo. The host is great, polite and nice and the rooms are small but comfy and cozy. Breakfast is sweet and salty, unfortunately they do not serve the Bosnian coffee for breakfast, I would recommend to add it in the offer especially for persons from the Balkans. ;) 
Definitely a good place and I will stay there again on my next trip to Sarajevo
