Stayed here for 5 nights for an international conference. Chose this place for its location and to get a taste of local hospitality. Was not disappointed. The rooms look newly renovated with all the modern conveniences, the common areas are beautifully decorated. The coffee and breakfast are delicious, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed on the third floor and was always assisted with luggage and shopping bags without having to ask for help. The outside terrace in the shade is a great bonus for those who want to do some work on the computer in the fresh air and have a cup of coffee. Another bonus is the iconic bakery, right next door, you can't miss it for the lines of people at all times, quing for freshly baked bread - delicious!

Small Hotel.., with all three star facilities. Clean bedroom and toilet with quality bed and towels. Around one and half kilometer distance to the old town centre. Front desk staffs are very supportive and helpful.  Breakfast is simple and good. Stayed two nights from 4th June 2019

I stayed two nights for Northern Ireland game. The wifi was great the room was perfect and it was 2 minutes walk to old town. I will stay again in the future. The staff were extremely helpful with directions and local advice.

Stayed 2two nights.  The location is perfect for the old city of Sarajevo, close to everything.  The staff were helpful.  Wifi worked great, room size was good for the area, price was very reasonable.  Rooms could be a bit cleaner but otherwise great.

The price per night is really attractive but the property is overrated- no remote to use the A/C and not possible to leave the window open in the roof room. The bed was terrible to say the least and one snowy channel on the TV was available. Very poor overall experience, there is better in this price range. Never again!

Fooled by the ratings and attracted by the price

Don't get fooled by the nice pictures on the website and the good position in the city. Nothing else works in this place. 
We booked and paid using the booking website and when we arrived at the pension, the guy at the reception asked us to pay again. Of course I remembered that I had already paid and told him. He looked confused and started to complain but finally he recognized his mistake. Then he showed us our room (on the other side of the street) and in the room the towels were missing. So we went back to the reception to ask for them. Once we finally settled in the room, we realised there was no wifi (and, as you know, you can't really use your mobile data in Bosnia, unless you peacefully accept to pay a huge amount of money to your mobile company). We went back again to the reception and complain about it. "I ll tell my colleague to come and repair the router". It is worthless to say that the wifi didn't work for our entire stay and I bet he didn't call for anybody to fix the problem.
The breakfast is almost at the limit of decency. There was one old lady in charge of it and her English wasn't, of course, her best skill. Nevertheless, I tried to ask her to book us a taxi for the day after at 5 am towards the airport. We were lucky there was a Bosnian family in the room so they could translate for us. Everything seemed fine but in the evening I wanted to double check and asked to another guy at the reception if the taxi had indeed been called for us. The guy looked surprised because he didn't know about it and called another friend saying that "he could drive you to the airport tomorrow". This friend didn't seem to speak English so, in order to make myself perfectly understandable, I phoned one Croatian friend in order to tell him the exact time and day of the transfer. Perfect, I told myself, now I can finally sleep sweet and quiet dreams. OF COURSE the day after no one showed up at 5 am to bring us to the airport. Luckily, we found a taxi and we managed to catch our flight right on time. 
I hope our story convinced all of you that you need to avoid this place.
