What was good

The hotel requires full renovation, upgrades, proper cleaning, reception to train how to welcome and enhance customers experience

What was bad

Far from the city center, but approachable through tram. Bf was buffet basic and limited, we didn't like it. The room was smelly , bed uncomfortable, broken shelf toilet, spots on walls, hearable the noise around.. Improper cleaning The man at the reception was very very rude and need to learn how to deal and welcome customer. We arrive morning 6am he didn’t allow us early check in instead waited in the lobby rather than paying for full night.
