Ethno Village Čardaci is an excellent and unique choice of accommodation in Bosnia. The authenticity of small wooden houses that almost float on the water, cute names of the "squares", excellent food based on local recipes, an exotic spa and a well-equipped gym, a thousand details, that each attracts the guest's attention...all nested on the banks of small and pristinely clean river Lašva, surounded in the mist that makes this place magical like a fairy tale. All the praise and thanks for the excellent service to the friendly staff led by Mrs. Žana Čerkez, the sales and reservation manager, and to Mr. Derviš, the waiter at the restaurant "kod Mlina" , who are the ambassadors of this resort where I spent a few days over the New Year that I will certainly remember for a long time.

Wonderful New Year in Ethno Village Čardaci

I didn't know that such beautiful place exist in BIH which is my biggest mistake. I don't know from where to start with prises, excellent ambient, spa, food and whole landscape including pond. Highly recommend to all.

Magical

We booked a room via e-mail. We travel with motobike and we would like to have a safe place for it. Stuff was so polite that they let us to park in the village. Room was so clean, breakfast in the restaurant was magnificent, bath was small but extremly clean. Everthing was perfect. 

Real fairytale

Everything about Ćardaci is a pure perfection! We stayed in one of the cozy wooden houses with a living-room, a bedroom and a bathroom, nicely furnished and perfectly comfortable. Food in their restaurant on water with the swans swimming around is excellent. They have their own fish, so we ate only fish and it was delicious! The acqua park is perfect as wel, with a swimming-pool for small kids, a swimming pool with a big slide for bigger kids, a swimming-pool only for diving and a big one for adults. There are enough umbrellas and deck-chairs and two bars in the acqua park. 
In addition to the restaurant, there is also an excellent bar with good pizza and burgers, oepn until late in the night. We had a great time on Saurday night there. There are many trees, flowers and water all around, two dogs and many kittens.  I would love to come back!

A fairy-tale

My boyfriend and I were very happy when we arrived at this lovely place. We stayed at their hotel. Such a beautiful enviroment, nature is lovely, lots of fish, ducks and swan nearby river. Perfect getaway for someone who wants to relax and enjoy.
Food in a restaurant is very good, waiters professional and friendly. Definetly coming back again! 

Like a fairytale!

I had the opportunity to visit Vitez, and friends recommended that I stay at the Etno selo "Cardaci". I am very glad I did.

This is more than a luxury hotel, it's an experience! Check in was personal and incredibly welcoming. This was followed by a guided tour of the facilities and finally my room. I should actually say my cottage!

The cottage was amazing. The queen bed was up some handcrafted stairs, the first floor had another pullout bed and showering facilities. Breakfast was great, and the views were incredible. I titled this review the same refrain I kept stating to myself throughout the entire time there: what an amazing place!

What an amazing place!

this place is so magical that i will be back for sure! The wooden houses and all the rooms are so nicely aranged i couldnt belive it! Čardaci have everything... nice water, fish, waterpark, pools, and great restaurant on water! and people are really nice. tnx again 👍

We had a beautiful two story cosy cottage  in a compound that contains water park. 
Fixtures likebathroom towel rail and soap dispenser not fitted properly and keep falling. 
No air conditioning in bedroom upstairs.
Internet keeps disconnecting.
Promissed to clean the room but didn't. 
No coffee facility in the room. 
Bar music was far too loud. We had early departure next morning, But it was impossible to sleep due to the loud music that went on till 2 am.
Curtains made of very light material so the room becomes very bright early morning which makes it difficult to sleep. 
Breakfast, very limited choices and poor quality

Beautiful cottage.. too noisy

Beautiful ethno village, great atmosphere. It's really comfortable, restaurant is great. Good place to go to with friends or to have romantic weekend. Staff is really good. 
It's great even just for taking a walk trough a village.
