If you see this hotel in your tour program, just cancel it. Some greedy Turkish tour operators work this kind of low-cost facilities to lower costs. The whole lobby smells of food because there are no dedicated areas for lobby or restaurant. Everything is narrow in the building. The rooms are very small too. Foods are terrible. No tea at breakfast.

Better to sleep in the car

Stayed here for 1 night, stopped and asked if any rooms were available. Room was quite large, bed comfy. Room was at the back of the hotel so no view. Parking was free in a car park allocated underneath the hotel. Breakfast wasn't great, very basic, eggs, cheese and ham no cereals or fruit, coffee very strong, better with tea.
The location of the hotel was a 10 minute walk into the old town, the town centre full of life, many families eating and drinking outside. Quite safe to walk about at night. Local hospital is next door.
Before leaving on your next trip make sure you go to see the impressive Orthodox Church on the hill Gracanica, 10 minutes in the car, there is also the famous Arslanagic bridge crossing the river.

Good location

Very good location, clean room, new furniture, good breakfast, very kind staff with good English, wifi OK, private free parking for hotel guest, everything was good! I can recommend this hotel because of location (close to city center and Old Town).

Weekend stay

We were supposed to stay at Hotel In in Trebinje. We were there due to a group trip around the Dalmatian Coast. The first night they told us that they were overbooked and they sent us to an unfinished building 15' away by car, name it Afrodite Hotel. This building was in the middle of nowhere. There was no stuff around, there was no proper entrance and no handrails at the stairs and the balconies. That same night we had dinner at the hotel in, where the food was a disaster and the stuff was rude. The next day the breakfast was ok and they moved us in a building next to the hotel. In our room there were building materials. The entrance of the building was also unsupervised and they told us that they were not allowed to give us the wi-fi password. We were sharing the same balcony with the next room, which had broken windows.

Good location but that was the only good thing!

Stayed here from 25-27th of July.
Paid 40euros per night. 

Staff:
Friendly and helpful. 

Rooms:
Clean, and had nice views of the mountains. 
Air conditioning worked very well.

Cons:
-No fridge.
-We booked in as a family of 3 but was allocated a room with 3 single beds. No biggy, we joined the 3beds together. 
-Had poor coverage with the wifi and realised that the password given was for another hotel next door! I ended up using the wifi from the Piramida Cafe nearby which had great food and wifi.

Location:
-Less than 10mins walk from Old Town. Cross any of the 2 bridges near the hotel and you are there. We visited old town on a Saturday evening and it was filled with life music and plenty of cafes etc. 
Not many $ exchanges here so better to change your currency into marks before entering BIH. 

-less than 10mins by Car to the carpark where the buses will transport you to Dubrovnik! 

-2 convenience stores, few cafes and a pharmacy located nearby. 

Breakfast:
-On request,they served boiled sausages, sunny side up eggs, ham, chicken paste, bread, milk, coffee, tea.Breakfast is very basic.
