We visited in November. The hotel is located on the river bank, close to Trebinje and is above a very popular traditional restaurant. Spacious room, very clean, spa and pool, friendly staff, free parking, rich breakfast, great views, beautiful ambient. We liked it so much, we extended our stay 😊

Beautiful 😊

My wife and I decided to have our anniversary lunch at Studenac, as we did in previous ten years. We make effort to come to Trebinje on that day as it is an overall fabulous experience. The ambiance is spectacular, with crystal clear water of Trebisnjica and deep shade under old trees. Food, especially trout and eel, is the best I have ever tried. Wine is also great, especially Zilavka from Andjelic winery. Most importantly, the staff is professional and friendly. We did not have a reservation, but they vacated a table reserved for the owner and the waiters to accommodate us and allow us to celebrate our anniversary. We are greatly appreciative of that. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience

Very bad costumer service. Rude waitress and poor quality of food! Extremely bad experience! Restaurant was half empty and we didn’t have reservation so when we asked to order takeaway food the waiter said we have to leave the restaurant. We asked if we can order and wait outside he said that they don’t serve waiting guests. So, we asked to buy fresh fish and he said he don’t want to serve us.

Bad service

Worth coming. Came from Montenegro for a daily trip. Had lunch here. Amazing location ,nice service, good price. Fish soup and sać was delicious my wife tried trout fish it was also good. Waiters were so polite however service is a bit late

Restaurant 

This restaurant was recommended by a driver I met in Dubrovnik.  I am so glad I made the trip there.
Trebinje is a small city with an old town that is not destroyed from over tourism.  It is really off the beaten track, and has a lot of charm.  The restaurant in Student is on the river.  The food was good, well prepared, very tasty and inexpensive.  I had a river carp, pan sautéed, with Swiss chard, bread, a drink, all for the equivalent of 8 dollars and with a beautiful view.  I would go there again and try more food it was simply delicious.

day trip to Trebinje and Studenac Restaurant

Trebinje has a lot of great places to stay, but Studenac is definitely one of my favorites. They have a great restaurant and bar by the river, the view is great. The rooms in the hotel are comfortable and clean, they have great balconies with the views on the river. This place also has a very good wellness, pool, saunas, massage. Only backside to this place is that it's a little bit far from the center. 

How to enjoy your stay in Trebinje 

The hotel is placed on river Trebisnica, only 2km from the center of Trebinje. All the region is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant has an excellent cuisine.. try the red wine - it's great. Highly recommended this place.
