Heartland City Hotel

A wonderful family-run place in the heart of the city. They were very helpful and it was a pleasure to stay there thanks to them. I hope to stay again soon. Location is very close to all by walk distance (very easy to access the lakes and restaurants etc..)

I am extremely happy I chose Heartland City Hotel for my stay in Tuzla because it was very centrally located but also not in one of the major streets, so it was also quiet at night. Moreover, it is a family-run enterprise and I was treated so very well during my entire stay. I can therefore highly recommend the place for a stay of any length in Tuzla; breakfast is included, there is a cafe/bar on-site and plenty to do all around the area.The only thing I would say - and this is more administrative than a negative - is to make contact with them ahead of your arrival (if driving) because the parking is down a narrow lane next to the property and you may need help with getting in.

Staying at this hotel was like being welcomed into a beloved family's home. The owners, who personally manage the hotel, were incredibly kind and accommodating. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly at ease throughout our stay. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and conveniently situated, just a short walk from shopping, dining, and leisure options. For those seeking an exceptional experience in Tuzla, I highly recommend this charming establishment.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Overall, I had a great experience with the Heartland City Hotel. 

Very nice hotel with spotless clean room, very central location and a very friendly staff. Highly recommended and we will be back next time we are in Tuzla.

Great hotel and staff! 

I stayed there last year almost one week ....staff speaks English ..honest staff..comfy clean room ...the restaurent was closed in November ...very nice breakfast ..plenty to choose from ...convenient to all city attractions. Restaurants ..etc..  nov 2018.

Clean ..cozy ...trustworthy ...and very helpful staff

Unsure of how best to get from Tuzla Airport to the city centre, I was able to arrange a transfer via the hotel. We were collected by the owner's son who gave us a running commentary on our trip into the city, pointing out the highlights and providing useful advice about what to do with our time there.

The room itself was well air conditioned, vital given how warm the weather was at the time. The bed was comfortable, the shower powerful and the amenities all in place as you might expect. The hotel rooms look like they have been updated relatively recently too.

Breakfast the next day was a mixed buffet, accompanied by eggs cooked to your liking. There was plenty to eat - a great way to start the day. 

As we checked out, the owner asked about the rest of our trip. When I said we were catching a bus to Sarajevo, she immediately offered to drive us to the bus station. She even came in and helped us buy tickets for the next bus - a godsend considering the agent didn't speak any English.

The Heartland City Hotel is truly excellent, a reminder of how a family run business can create an exceptional stay - nothing was too much for our hosts. Sadly we were only there for one night.

A brilliant base for exploring Tuzla

Nice hotel, instand feeling being at home cosy,clean and  guest friendly.
Quiet place in the center of Tuzla many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Good and free WIFI and parking.
Owner always around to be of support even a ride to the airport in the middle of the night is available, as we experienced.
Price vs Quality a six star location.
I ll be back for sure.

Top city hotel

I was there November 18th until november 26th 2018 ....the rooms are very clean. The service excellent...the owners will do what ever to help you ...breakfastwas good   ...they will wait until every one wake up and they will be sure that every one there is happy. Wonderful COFEE all the time ...fruits 24/7 ...my real concern was NO DUST MITES since I have allergy ....the hotel or motel ...is near every thing you want or need ...I LIKED TUZLA ...NICE PEOPLE ...GENEROUS HELPFUL......ONE NIGHT CLUB WAS SO NICE ...LOTS OF BARS ....VERY FRIENDLY WITH AMERICANS ..MANY WORKED TO HELP DURING AFGANISTAN. IRAQIWAR WITH US ARMY ...IT WAS NICE TO MEET GOOD PEOPLE THERE ..WONDERFUL CHURCHES...EXCELLENT FOOD ...

ITS LIKE HOMEAWAY FROM YOUR HOME

Before I arrived I had some contact with the hotel. I needed transport from and to the airport. They responded very quickly all the times and arranged all that I needed. 
When I arrived late at night I received a warm welcome from one of the owners. Got help with my bags and a short introduction of the facilities in the hotel.
All personal in the hotel were so kind all the time, they fixed everything quick and with a smile. For example special requests at the breakfast, information about the town, information about tourist sights.
The breakfast was very nice with cereals, ham, cheese, yoghurt, bread, butter, eggs, omelette, coffee, thé, marmelade, nutella, vegetables, fruit, juice and so on.
The room was properly cleaned when I arrived and they kept it in that condition all my days.

Like a home for guests

I recently stayed here for three nights. This is a small hotel with a great location in the centre of Tuzla. The rooms are modern and furnished to a good standard. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in this town.

I would like to thank for our nice stay. People working here make this hotel a nice place to stay.

We stayed only 3 nights here but it was very positive experience.  Our room was very nice decorated, spacious, with  A/C, wi-fi, big TV, with the shower and the hair dryer,  no fridge, no kettle.

Breakfast – simple but sufficient and fresh.

Hotel is close to the city centre and close to the Lakes – really worth visiting. About 20 minutes walking to the bus or train station. There are many restaurants nearby.

The hotel staff is so perfect, very helpful and nice. I can recommend this hotel and if I visit Tuzla again, I will choose this hotel again.

Good hotel with nice people

+ Heartlad City is a small private hotel and the staff is very friendly. 
+My room was very simple, but spacious and clean with everything that I needed, including water cooker, iron board, hair dryer
- I was shocked to find out that there smoking is allowed in the main reception and the breakfast room - although to be fair - there are probably no hotels in Tuzla, that have smoke free breakfast rooms. The overall impression of the hotel was a bit dark.
