A classic hotel which has been properly revamped and has great service. A wonderful option for families with kids - a water park is the star. Excellent infrastructure and impressive buffets for meals.

Great for family with kids

Brought my family to spend few days. The children’s pool is awesome. Lots of different stations to play. Fun from 2-80y-o. My son absolutely loved it ! 
As the hotel holds a school, you see the the effort to please. 
Good food, nice bar. Maybe the only flaw was the uninspired bakery.
Definitively we will be back. 

Best pool ever !

The hotel is an iconic country hotel that has been remodeled and brought up to date but keeping its original traces and some original decor.
It has a brand new gym very well built with modern equipment, a complex of three pools with a water toboggan for the kids and an outside bar near the pool
The rooms are clean and quiet and the wifi works in the rooms.
Service people are very helpful and attentive although they are quite slow at the reception taking a long time for check in or check out.
The restaurant has a good variety of food even though it is a bit repetitive if one stays for many days.
On Fridays afternoons a table full of snacks is served in an enclosed area near the restaurant which certainly is a plus

Iconicccountry hotel maintaining its fame

Great hotel/resort with wonderful infrastructure. Three different swimming pools, water park, tennis squares, kids and teen spaces with good staff to support you. The hotel, built in 40's, are great, clean, new and huge. The restaurants are wonderful with a lot of options in the buffet.

Best of the best to a weekend rest.

We visited with a group of friends,  all of them with children.  The hotel is amazing, food is great, the kids area and the new water park are absolutely amazing. What can be improved is service in the restaurants both pool and the main one. Well another thing very unpleasant that happened was that we left our daughter sleeping in the room with the baby monitor on our phones and the cleaning lady heard her crying and decided to open the door and take her from the crib my husband saw it from the monitor and we both almost had a heart attack. I told the manager what happened they apologized but I hope no parent will go through this situation never ever again.
