The hostel is very beautiful, full and charming, very green, the pool and heated, sauna and yoga for whoever is adept, and the rooms are cozy with cable TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, air conditioning, the staff are very kind and attentive

Alpha Omega landing High Paradise of Goya

What a wonderful place! Beautiful, cozy bedside with a super high astral footprint, very comfortable accommodations, even with a thermal sheet to heat the bed... Perfect! Nice people, excellent attendance, refreshing massage and therapy menu, meditation area and yoga class for guests. Heated and covered swimming pool, sauna. We go out refreshed! Surely we'll vote! Outside it's on the side of the main avenue of high paradise, with great restaurant options. Stay note 1,000.

It's perfect!

We were at the inn and the disappointment was huge... the people who work there are very nice but the lack of maintenance in the inn is clear. The TV in the room beyond the minimum turned off when the fridge was firing. The old electric shower and the broken hose hanging from our heads. Bad bed... the inn outside the rooms is even interesting with a more Zen footprint but the rooms are old and poorly maintained. Bad breakfast and no options. Not worth the price you charge.

Disappointment

I spent 3 days at the inn now late March with my husband, and I can say that the inn surprised us positively. Very well located (very close to the main avenue to walk if you want), excellent attendance from all the staff (especially Carol from the reception who received us), breakfast is simple yet wonderful, everything very tasty and timely done with affection, the coffee girls are very helpful too. The inn itself is a pretty, very green, well decorated, warm covered pool (but not very warm). It has a sauna but we used it. Our room (Diamond) was nice, comfortable bed, well ventilated, everything working well, (we put a higher pressure on the Alpha, half the price is light water) and the view of the room was very good, with a nice view of the front and back, and the grounds, and the grounds are very nice, but we used it.

Excellent stay, place of peace, landing with great cost, benefit and location

It's wonderful. I felt at home. The place is super energized with an unusual peace. Everything is quiet. The chalets are very cool with all the comfort for those who come from the long waterfall trails. Another important aspect is the location. A block down the main street. So to get to the restaurants and shops, you just have to walk a little bit. I absolutely loved everything. It has a breakfast that even today tastes like cake. It's worth it. I'll come back and stay there again. I loved it.

Good vibes.

The rooms are very small and simple, the infrastructure of the hostel makes you want, dark rooms, no place to put a suitcase, breakfast starting at 7:30 with tours that start much earlier, needs a pension, very friendly staff who compensate for the negative points.

Very rustic

Dumped to pieces, bad service, very small room, terrible bedding and towels, breakfast with very few options, amateur service, broken suite fridge, broken bathroom doors, among other problems.

Pessimo, do not go

The hostel is a portrait of the sloth of the owners. These are narrow and poorly maintained suites with bad bathrooms, bedding and fifth-rate towels.

It's not worth it.

The hostel is cozy! With delicious breakfast. A heated, covered pool ensures a good rest after a day of hiking. There is also a sauna, space for meditation and therapy. The Internet is not the best.

Special place

Alfa e Omega is unique.  Who knew it was possible to cram every fetishized world spirituality (Buddhism, Hinduism, Mayan, Egyptian etc..) into one little Pousada?  Start with some humble rustic bungalows and a quaint breakfast area, add in a lovely garden filled with spiritual-inspired statues running between all of the bungalows and finish it off with a pool and steam room building flourish that is caught somewhere between a tiki holiday and an overwrought homage to Egyptian spirituality (there's a pyramid fountain!) and you have Alfa e Omega.  Frankly, I would have given the place a lower review, because of the small bathrooms and stuffy rooms, but the management really cares about their guests and we receive incredibly attentive service.  We didn't sleep well the first night because the mattress was unbelievably hard.  When we mentioned it (asking for blankets etc.. to put on the bed) they went to the back storage, pulled out another, softer mattress and replaced it for us on the spot.  There wasn't much in particular we needed, but the management made it clear they were there to help.  

Will I stay here again?  Probably not - I don't think it's the best value for money and I was.... let's say overcome by the mish-mash of spiritual icons and references.  But still recommend - the place is quiet and off the main drag, and if you're looking for somewhere to nourish your Buddhist/Hindu/Zen/Egyptian/Mayan sensibilities, this could be for you.  And hey, there's complimentary incense in the room to burn.
