The location of the hotel is excellent and the reception service is excellent too. But I thought it was hygienic, and I had to call in agents to clean the room. I came back full of bathroom drawers, torn and scratched bedding, very rough towels and when I left the room, it cut off the power, it was impossible to leave anything loading or even in the fridge. I also informed the specific food condition on arrival and I had difficulty feeding myself in relation to this.

I thought it was reasonable.

After a year of pandemic I come back to this hotel and I'm more and more surprised. Excellent service. Excellent meal coffee lunch and dinner. And one more positive point.

Just praise.

I stayed at the hotel with two more people, welcoming attendance, helpful staff, dedicated and always willing to help, the food has a homemade flavor and serves very well three people who eat little, it's worth highlighting the exemplary attendance of manager Robson, who picked us up on the city highway, and employee Jose who were super friendly and attentive. Not only do I recommend how I'll stay with us other times. Ah! in relation to the rooms we stayed in, it had a nice structure, TV, air, the shower looked like a thermal waterfall in such a good way (think nice shower), furniture to stretch and hang clothes, the food is simple and without many options but it's divine, and the location of the hotel is close to the Shrine of Appearcidae.

Accommodation at the Hotel Estación de Minas Aparecida/SP

I stayed in apartment 15 which had no key to the bathroom door, when I went to the front desk I was very poorly attended by a gentleman who didn't even have an ID, who simply told me that he worked for 5 years in this hotel and that no bathroom has a key to the door, when I told him that I also stayed every year in this same hotel and that the bathrooms always had keys he said that I was wrong. Very sloppy on the part of the hotel administration to keep a casual employee of these, who didn't even have an interest in checking the situation.

Poor service from the hotel reception

Affordable hotel in front of the basilica. Very good and flexible service. Very tasty but unique food, breakfast closes at 8am and the other meals too early. Simple rooms, but with everything essential working: bed, shower and meals. Hotel to meet needs.
