This inn is a remarkable example of how to offer the bare minimum accommodations, and still be overpriced, like every hotel and "pousada" in Bonito.

The rooms are cheaply built (pray for quiet neighbors), there's a single light bulb in the small room, one or two outlets, basic single beds, a plastic accordion door in the bathroom, a tiny sink, a pitiful electric shower... in short, everything is as cheap as it can get, from linen to towels to toilet paper. Breakfast is pretty basic too. There is a small pool. There is free WiFi, but it works only half the time. The parking lot is OK, but small for the number of units. Be advised: there is nobody there if you need anything after 9 PM. There is no bar or restaurant in the place or nearby. The location is a bit far from the city center, so you'll definitely be better off if you have a vehicle.

They advertised a room with a porch (and I bought that), but that is not true. Perhaps one or two rooms out of 26 have actual porches. The others have a little overhang by the door :(

What is good about the place: The site is very nice, with many fruit trees, birds and a huge resident lizard. The split-type AC in the room was very good. But for some reason the old, non-functional wall unit was left there... Other positive aspects: the friendly staff and overall cleanliness. 

So, the place is nice enough, but it falls short of awesome, excellent or even good. Expect very simple accommodations and be prepared to pay dearly in the high season.

very basic

Place is full of beautiful trees with fruits, flowers and birds everywhere. Room and breakfast were great, they didn't speak much English but we coped fine. Pool was very relaxing and was only a short walk into town. Tours available are incredible!

Awesome place!

This was a great place to stay at, very clean, nice lill pool and tasty fresh breakfast.  The only complaint was that it was out of town... 30 min walk into town. 
The front staff did not speak English here so we had to go into town to book our excursions, no worries though.

Great place, clean but out of town

We stayed here for 6 days. The environment is relaxing and we liked the location on the edge of Bonito. Any comments about an incompetent host proved untrue, our Brazilian host Jarbas was friendly, gave us a very warm welcome and really helped us out on several occasions. We speak only little Portuguese but still we managed fine. The pousada organised all our trips for us beforehand, pleasant communication through email. Very clean room and spacey bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing, good service

There is a lot of green around the hotel, it is great to observe the birds or small animals in the early morning. Breakfast was great. The staff provide a warm and efficient service. I stayed there for some days and it was just perfect. A beautifully presented garden, very comfortable room and clean.
