Very nice breakfast and super friendly people. It was a little hard to understand each other -we don’t speak Portuguese- but the translation app was doing its work! 

We loved the garden en beautiful birds.

This pousada has clearly gone down hill since the photos were taken. And I don't meant a little bit down hill, I mean a mass casualty landslide! 

The grounds are completely run down. The garden edging is made of actual rubbish - old plastic bottles line the footpaths and gardens throughout the entire property. The gym looks like something out of the Bates Motel (from the movie Psycho). Half the hammocks are missing or fallen down, and the remaining ones have holes in them. The gate to the swimming pool looks like a gate from an old chook pen. The pool itself is clean, but the surrounds are pretty bleak. And here's the best part... THERE'S NO HOT WATER. I don't mean that the hot water service was broken, I mean that it's not an option - there is only 1 tap in the showers, cold. No hot tap at all. 

The shower was the final straw for us. We survived the night and left the next morning, and checked into a different hotel.

The only saving grace was the staff. They didn't speak English but they were lovely and went out of their way to try to help us as best they could.

Overall, don't ruin your trip to Bonito. Book elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs!

2 kms outside of the center of Bonito, this pousada is good for families, with big chalets for 6/7 people (but of basic comfort), and a large and quiet park with a kids playground and a nice pool.
The breakfast is fine even if for the price a higher diversity would have been expected.
The staff does not speak english but is nevertheless ready to help.

Slightly expensive

Driving to Bonito, I could not have a better place, quiet, very near downtown, only nature's noise outside and the car just outside. I found the price quite reasonable for the service provided, the fourth start goes to very charming place overall, the attention to the details on door handlers to the garage space.

Very charming and good priced pousada

Please keep in mind that these are cabins and NOT a hotel.  Thus there are bugs and some other inconveniences but all in all it is a wonderful little place to stay.  They had soap but no shampoo and our shower was cold.  However they did offer to move us (for a warmer shower) we just didn't want to move all of our stuff too.  The pool was nice and the breakfast was great. Even the mattresses were decent. The owner spoke Spanish fluently and although my Spanish leaves something to be desired we did alright communicating.  
This is a great little place to stay in Bonito.  It is a little off the beaten path (although not too far) but if you want to go into town you will need a way to get there.

Wonderful Customer Serivice

If you are looking for a charming pousada in Bonito that is not too close to the busy plaza, Di Luna is a good choice.  Prices fall to $92.00 per night during the low season. The cute A-Frame houses are equipped with everything you need. Air conditioner, plenty of beds, screens on windows, refrigerator and clean bathrooms.  Another cool thing was that each house has it's own parking patio next to house.  The staff was very helpful in booking our snorkeling tours.  Things I did not like: The shower water pressure was not good and it took awhile for hot water to kick in. Breakfast was poor.  I'm used to basic Brazilian pao de queijo and fruit, but even this was not that good.  All in all, I enjoyed staying at this unique little inn and I loved the fact that it was on it's own compound site, with nice walkways to the pool and cafeteria.  And the drive is only 10 minutes away from the main plaza. I would recommend this place to friends.
