I made a reservation through 123 Miles... although everything was confirmed, when we got to the place, the hostel attendant informed us that there was no vacancy and that they were doing the over-booking practice, that is, they put to book on the 123 Miles website more rooms than they actually have. No one from the hostel or 123 Miles contacted to say that there was no room. We stayed in hand. In the end, 123 Miles resolved, managed to relocate us to another hostel, but the hostel Sarata didn't even want to know. They are only aiming for their own profit. To make matters worse, the reception service was bad. Worse experience. Flee!

Worst hostel in Buzios!

Good afternoon it was a horrible experience the photos are very misleading horrible breakfast also my nephew suffered discrimination pq has chronic illness the reception was complaining pq he speaks alone

Very good accommodation. Good service, good breakfast, organized rooms, quality, sea view, comfortable beds, swimming pool, beach pitch. Very pleased to have spent the weekend at the inn. But only one stays for the hydromassage, because it wasn't working properly.

Peace, security and comfort

We were very impressed with the reception service as soon as we arrived and with the decoration and view of the inn. Everything was very nice! As soon as we arrived, we were informed that there was no restaurant or bar in the inn, which we missed a lot, especially because the inn was farther away from the store. And they warned us that the reception was not 24 hours, but they explained all the procedures if we needed anything. The room was simple but large, clean and with a nice balcony. But if you're going to travel with children like us, you have to be very careful because there are no protective curtains and it's too high. I recommend, with the reservations of needing a restaurant/bar for guests and that the hydromass could have warm water on the icy days (like those we did).

The place is nice and the staff are attentive, but it needs improvement.

When we got to the inn, there was no light. There was no document that was usually filled in when we checked in. But before that getting to the inn was already a little difficult. The inn was even named Sarata, however, the names that appear on the front of the inn and terrace. We left the inn that there is no reception after 7 p.m. When we got back to the inn it was dark again and there was no one in the inn to give a light or a lantern. In the room there was a refrigerator that when I opened the door collapsed, a broken refrigerator that almost fell on my daughter's foot and caused me to get injured or even a scratch and tan, since this was not the reason for Christmas in the same state.

Wrong names.

I went on a family trip, we like the inn, but I have a few points to consider. The inn is very well located, close to the beach, quiet and the view is very nice, but it's on a big hill. Breakfast: On the first day when we arrived at the cafe the egg had run out, I asked when I would arrive more and the girl said she had no more, except for other empty cubes that were not filled either. In fact, at no time did I see anything being answered, the girls were just going to remove the dishes. Hydromassage: In Hurb it was said to be heated (which is natural), because the hydromassage was not and almost not, because only one side was working and very weak. Ban: It was clean, but there were some stains available on the wall that looked like iron.

The inn is good, but not as described.

Missing reception after 7 p.m., no reservation found, many stairs and non-uniform steps, lack of visibility of the hostel's name at night, divergences in information from what was on the web site searching for the reality of the hostel.

I loved the days I spent in the inn, super clean, clean towels, TV and Internet worked super well, morning coffee was full! We were very well looked after by the Junior Receptionist! My wife and I love it so much! We'll definitely be back!

A hotel with a very good view and location, designed to enjoy the sea and beautiful sunsets. Too bad if you take care of it little by little, there are two or three people in the kitchen and a receptionist from 8 to 20 hrs, then the complex is alone. The food of the average guest house, but of all the offer of the card, there was only availability of two or three dishes. The breakfast, the worst!!! every day the same, the hot fruit because it did not keep the temperature, hot juices because it only put ice at the beginning of the service, hot yogurt pictures full of hornets, melted butter... Finally, look at photos that offer the opposite.  Deplorable service.

We were in December as a family, all the rooms have an amazing view, very clean, very comfortable, the rooms are large and freezing.The breakfast is very complete and the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Vanesa who assisted us in everything.They also have a very comfortable handling system for entering and leaving all day, especially between 8 and 8 a.m. without the need for reception staff.
