Nice room all organized, everything very clean, good service, beautiful view of the whole space, but we had two days with the shower giving problems and I found the morning coffee very simple, there was no parking, at least for motorcycles. And I would go back there.

Nice pool, very nice place

We stayed three nights and the rooms are very simple, the view from the room to the pool is nice, but with a semi-noisy air conditioning, breakfast without many options, it's a simple hostel, but the room we stayed in was nice, the location is good, but there is no parking, we park the car in front of the hostel, but it has cameras.

Moulded rooms, toilet without daily cleaning, breakfast without choice, same thing every day, old furniture, sheets smelling like storerooms, weak shower, I left the hotel with allergies attacked by the smell of the room.

What a bad choice!

I was at the inn at the last fds a little cold due to the ratings. The rooms are very simple, nothing luxurious. The location is reasonable, for me and my boyfriend who was without a car. But we managed to get around well, from walking to the Street of the Stones, but it's a tiring walk. There are vans all the time to the main tourist spots. The pool is good, clean and large. The staff are attentive and serviceable. The cleaning of the room could be a little better, but it wasn't bad. Morning coffee too weak, no variety!! Another negative point, is that the inn offers nothing for sale, not even water!

It's simple.

In the bathroom, the sink is practically on top of the vase (attached photo). The fridge in the room was not working and was all rusty (attached photo). The manager must be a ghost. Or else he hid. Because despite being requested, he did not show up to give any satisfaction. He may not be someone who is fit to handle complaints. The hotel staff themselves were embarrassed and embarrassed to work in a low-level place. Nor will I go into such detail about dirt, breakfast, moffed walls because they will lack characters... Anyway, I will never return! I will never recommend! Total regret! For 5 days, but I have been able to pay too much!

Oh, my God!

The first thing I can say is: don't stay in this hostel!! It's the worst of the worst.The room is very but very dirty, never cleaned, just make the bed and change the towels, under the bed full of dead bugs, the air conditioning sounds like a liqueur, the toilet seat, the staff takes very bad care, the normal breakfast, the only thing a little rescable is the swimming pool that was always clean.The location is far from the center and the beaches, it's actually a terrible option for scuba divers.

The worst in every sense.

Very bad attention, there's no such thing as no way, you're charging for water for 3 reais, no billboard, breakfast, poverty, horrible location, old beds and mattresses.

We booked this property for 4 people in February 2014.We were assigned a room at the end of the entire complex that looked like a service room, dirty, with a damp smell, full of spider webs, no light on the access, with old and stained bedding.The hotel looks more or less beautiful up to the pool area, but all is horrible and dirty.The attention is a disaster, no one took care of our complaints.We asked to speak to someone in charge of the hotel and we were contacted by phone with a Mrs. Claudia who never wanted to approach the hotel to talk to us because she was all in order.We stayed six nights, stayed two and went too far.We filed the complaint in the Tourism Directorate at the entrance to Buzios.

Pousada is very little recommended.

The waiters didn't try to solve any problems just by greeting you, when we went to the bathroom and didn't even ask if we could get help with the suitcases, as we were sleeping with children in our arms, a pity the waitress was playing with her tablet, the girls at the breakfast were very good at attention, the bag was always in good condition, clean and tidy, in the bedrooms the bedding and mattresses are quite old but clean..

The good and the bad.

It's close to everything, from the central beaches and the terminal and the vans that take you to all the beaches including those in Cabo Frio. Only when you're in a mory when you walk... you feel the elevations. The people who receive as you serve (which none of them seemed to be the owner but the employees) are not nice and not a drop of spanish. The rooms, normal. Normal bathrooms.
