The hostel has a great structure, but it looks abandoned. It is visible the need for maintenance and mainly cleaning in the common areas and rooms. In the bathroom there was no toilet paper and the bath towels were a little bigger than those of the face. I complained at the reception and they gave me others which one day should have been white and not pulled. The sheets, pulled and even torn in the bath. The pillows, a chapter by chapter. I took off the fronts and I was frightened by the state, dark of mold and stained of knowing what was there. The mattresses already said, with ants and in a bad way. The television had only two channels, not even the Globo. In this breakfast, such cups and dishes would have been offered. It was a bad experience.

The hostel and the staff are amazing. I stayed in a great room with air conditioning, new television, everything very well-arranged, clean and spacious. The bathroom a luxury, a good shower, warm water the way I like it. The pool is beautiful too, wonderful and the other accommodations in the hostel are also, a more beautiful place than the other. I love taking my pictures of my graduation from UFRJ there. I am from Petropolis and we came from a very loss scenario, finding this size of hospitality and donation was a gift and a paradise in the middle of the hell we were living... Thank you from the heart to the team for the excellent work you did and want to come back again and again, many times. AMEI DUI the wonderful place, the wonderful morning coffee, always a replacement, and the luxury of living there is also very simple.

Pousada has a beautiful air plus the cleaning is ugly the room where I stayed was dirty the bathroom was ugly dirty dirty box dirty shower or too hot or the water gets cold the hostel smells like mold the sheets are all very dirty and stuffed the towels ended up not wearing anymore they are all stuffed the structure of the hostel is pretty nice nice much needs to be taken care of by the owner for whoever comes here to bring toilet paper would be better because it's just a paper for every day of the stay and we went to ask the manager for paper he said he didn't have to offer and we had to buy it from the store he has to go over or the van he pays for nearby are dark and dangerous and I'd look for the best option before I close the door well well well

Poor cleaning goes far.

I had to fight over the dirty pool even knowing in advance that I would host a large group. I found several dead ants in the sheets and pillow, outside the living giants in the room. I was with a child. They take insecticide. The fridge didn't work. They got cleaned up, but they didn't clean up. To get water/coca was a nuisance because I didn't have an employee for it. They don't change towels and don't clean the rooms with the COVID justification by entering the rooms to turn off the air. The boy who stays up at night and delivers dish/cup of breakfast has no problem dealing with the guests and wanted to pay for two little frogs who put their foot in the clean water from the first day. They only had a toilet paper towel available.

I'm sorry about that.

Beautiful suite with great accommodations, impeccable cleanliness, cozy, well located, affordable, super polite and helpful staff, attendance note 1000 I just loved it and hope to be back soon ❤️

An amazing experience.

It's a very cozy place and with a beautiful decoration, very good service, I've been treated too well and I intend to come back other times, thank you to all the professionals involved in this hostel, my wife and I love the experience.

Linda, I left in October 2012 but I don't want to make the choice. I'm away from the dive center but they have free shuttle. To be in peace is fine but if you want to stroll late through the center....mmmm The food is not the best, little variety and a hour in particular.

Hermoso is the name of the game.

It's a nice place but it has maintenance problems.When we arrive there will be a lot of insects in the room.It has good access to the beach of geriba and a locomotion to the center.The food is rich in its lunch service.

The room was clean and had a mosquito net, which, although it may not seem like it, in Brazil is important. So far everything is correct but I would introduce changes to make the price-quality ratio better as it seemed a bit expensive to me. I would have more modern plasma TVs and air conditioners because those that do not have anything refreshing. I also believe that the pool could be cleaner and that they should ensure the proper functioning of Wi-Fi.

The hostel has everything you need but in its proper size, comfortable rooms, breakfast made up of fruit, bread, cecinas, cookies and natural juices. The staff is friendly. It is about 5 minutes from the center in a combi that costs 2.8 reais, it is close, but I think it is better to look for a hostel that is even closer to do everything walking. The only problem was that our room was next to the entrance and administration x which was very crowded from those arriving and leaving the hostel, but the good thing about that was that we had a wifi signal in the room, unlike those staying on the second floor.
