Wonderful experience! amazing days!!! very attentive staff! I recommend to all couples. Various beautiful places to take pictures and romantic moments. Food and drinks are a show apart! Super recommend!

The Cachoeira Inn offers a remarkable experience, situated on the beachside with several swimming pools and a selection of tasty drinks. The relaxing atmosphere and well-kept facilities contribute to a pleasant stay.

Amazing experience

Wonderful, helpful staff, wonderful food, beautiful room, super recommend Cachoeira Inn, wonderful cave, very good water and clean sun praise, negative points I believe q values are slightly above average, but q can improve.

Beautiful place, but bad employees, totally insensitive, I don't point to this inn. There are many others in the locker room and with attendance and people who care about others.

Poor attendance

I bought a package where they made a promotion that it was for the waterfall inn with full pension I went in for their VIP group, and with right Day use at the waterfall inn with right to the love cave. When I arrived on the day scheduled at the waterfall inn I found out that it was not there but at the waterfall inn inn, which is already reversing what was sold, it got worse when we arrived at the waterfall inn they put in a qt that did not match what was offered in the package, a misleading advertisement a tour to vc comes to relax we had problems and headaches, I will look for my rights.

Disappointed

1 - there is no room service, I stayed, and the garbage was not removed, there was no facial towel, the bathroom because it is too small gets too wet and no floor cloth to dry. 3 - Unprepared comments, only the kitchen and the service department were waiting. It seems that they have forgotten that there are rooms nearby. 2 - Since the inn is too small and the common areas are also not very spacious, they release a lot of space.

I came back disappointed, social media is selling like it's the most pleasant and comfortable place in Buzios.

Since we were staying in the convenient Pousada Mar Buzios, we had the right to use the structure of the Cachoeira Inn. The place has a very nice view, but lacks some care. The bangalos had dirty pillows, and the pools with pills loosening. It looks like a property that requires care. The Love Grotto is a room for couples to use motel type, but it has no key (pasmem) and it is dark, with a small pool that for the most demanding, understanding the proposal there, is a strange way to use.

Day use

I came here to make a complaint and to warn the future guests of the terrible services provided by the Cachoeira inn inn in the cave of love on 14/10/2022. To facilitate, I will list the problems I experienced at the inn: 1 - receptionist showed ignorance of the packages offered and presented me with a different package than I had booked. I insisted that she was wrong to be a key and after that I had asked the manager for support, he corrected the error; 2 - I was not presented with the contract for reading and signing, which was raised in a neat and blank way, when I made the complaint personally to the individual who represented the two managers (Mr. Junio Mottava).

Poor administration!

Despite the vibe of an old, dark mansion, the stunning scenery, the good care and the food are well worth it. I highly recommend couples. Families with children. I recommend it because of the maze of stairs. But for a couple looking for a beautiful and stimulating environment it's perfect.

Ideal for a couple

*Period of stay 27/07/2022 to 29/07/2022* *PREQUISED DINER BY BIFFER OF COZIN!!!* For example: ●I ordered a Picanha lunch with Chumichurri in which it is accompanied by Polentas fritas. And I simply came to the box with the pollen being totally hard and impossible to chew. However, I requested a French fries instead of the pollen and it simply arrived 40 minutes after the order. ●I requested dinner with Bife de Ancho, it was 19:30 and someone told me that it would be ready at 8:10 pm, standing at the table until 9:10 pm, and when it arrived, I asked for my order to be completely wrong at the box. I simply came to the box with Picanha Bife Barbecua.
