It was two days and we really liked the location of the hotel (we walked to the center of Caldas Novas), the cleanliness of the room and common area, super clean bed and towels, breakfast with varieties. The hotel team is very friendly and demanding. Great cost benefit. We don't use the hotel pool, but I learned that the water is not heated.

Simple hotel with a good location close enough to the city's main water parks. Breakfast varies and is of more than sufficient quality.

An excellent price ratio

The accommodations are simple but great. The hotel's atmosphere is very tasty due to the lush green corners inside it. The breakfast is plenty, and the daily value is very affordable. It is close to everything, so you can walk to the club.

You can go without a scare.

The rooms on the ground floor and the first floor are very good. Avoid staying in the tower of the building, because there are very tight rooms and there is no elevator. Excellent staff service. Very good breakfast too. Very clean and hygienic. If you are looking for a luxurious place with many pools, etc., I look for another hotel. This hotel is a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel is very cozy for those who like a family atmosphere.

We stayed in two apartments, for 10 days, in one for me and my wife and in another daughter and granddaughter, both of us on the second floor. It turns out that the bathroom sink had no siphon, it looked like we were going into a container full of debris and sewage. Other than that, there was no box in the bathrooms, we were given a rope so we could have the pleasure of pulling water out of every bathroom. The toilet paper was of poor quality, it looked like a silk leaf to pin a pipe. The bathroom doors were completely rotten. Other than that, the breakfast lady and Edward at the reception, super nice people.

Apartments

Simple but very good breakfast. Excellent service from all the staff. The common areas are beautiful and spacious. It has an adult and children's pool, a table with some games and a children's table for play, closed parking in front of the hotel. The location is very good, very fast access to the moon fair and city restaurants, even the journey can be done on foot. I booked 3 rooms for my group. The rooms on the ground floor and first floor were ok, but on the second floor, the shower didn't come out much water and there was no box in the bathroom.

Good cost benefit

Hotel a few meters from the city centre. clean rooms, good beds, regular bathroom, split air conditioning, cable TV and Wi-Fi, plus a swimming pool.

Very cozy

A bad experience with this hotel that I was simply looking for to spend a night out...after several rounds the price relationship offered by this hotel and its location agreed to decide to stay to sleep...well, it's a saying that after 5 minutes of being in bed lying trying to sleep, this comes down literally.Some ROTO that was already there of course and only they've re-placed it so that another customer WAS RETURNING to CAER.at 2am switching rooms so we put the mattress on the floor and the next day notify it at the reception.no we try the breakfast.hotel something quiet even though in a quiet appearance.better to go to the ranch if that's possible.
