The pillows had a strong smell of sweat, impossible to use, bath towels two of them had lipstick marks and dirt marks, cups and dishes featured sticky dirt, nice leisure area, attentive employees, Italian night was very good.

Experience

We stayed at the Pyrenees Inn in January 2023, we had a terrible experience of hospitality, food, treatment of receptionists, waiters and other professionals. Starting with the bedroom, bedding and hard towels; for two days we had to ask to clean our room. The breakfast buffet is painful, at 9:30 you will eat only the leftovers, they do not make replacement items when it is over. Food and drink in the Inn are very weak and expensive. If it was something well done and tasty, I would have no problem charging a price, because the experience was very negative, both at my restaurant and at my pool bar. They realized that being a professional is not for rigidity and without any guests. They were not doing the replacement of the items when it is over. My kids were very weak and expensive. Horrible experience

I stayed for 4 days with my wife and my 1-year-old son in the master suite of the inn (reserve: 1835505). The inn has a great structure, but the new room delivers what was promised, but it's nothing charming. The attendance of the professionals Fernanda (Restaurant - Morning), Alessandra (Restaurant - Night) and Soares (Charrete) was excellent for attention, patience and courtesy, however, something that caught our attention NEGATIVELY was the quality of the service we received from the other professionals who work in the inn. The professionals seemed to be impatient, face closed, always quick and with short answers in my treatment and my family. Demonstrating that they were not taking care of their activities and were not concerned about the company.

Good structure for children but the care leaves a little bit to be desired

I went to a corporate event. Everything turned out absolutely perfect! The air conditioning in the event area was enough to allow us to work in peace, even with the scorching heat outside, excellent technical structure, first-class food. A very beautiful hotel with a great leisure structure.

Beautiful place, cozy and spacious alleys, air conditioning could fit the size of the apartment, good breakfast, themed meals make you want to depend on the day, air-conditioned swimming pool, excellent leisure space.

We're going back to the Pyrenees Landing

The inn is very tree-lined. The infrastructure is very comfortable. The room is spacious. Good food and plenty. The piano bar in the morning café. Cordial service. The garden is very well maintained. It is not far from the Leisure Street. It is about a five-minute walk away, but DO NOT wear jump shoes: the stone street does not allow it. The city seemed safe to me.

Great food, great place to go with kids, big swimming pools and a really cool toy library, my daughter loved it and wants to come back.

Beautiful, kid-friendly resort with several pools, nice dining room, and many activities. Two hours from Brasilia in a charming old town with many shops and restaurants. Pleasant cabin-style rooms with a/C, television, and refrigerators. Worth a visit.

It's a super nice place with a beautiful view of the city. The rooms are a bit of a charm. Breakfast is nothing supernatural, but it's good. They're punctual to pick up so they don't get to 10:10 rsrs. You may have a heater in the pool because the water wasn't freezing, but it's far from hot (which for me, particularly, is no problem).

I loved it!

It can improve: make available drinking water at various points in the hotel, as many children do outdoor activities and there is no drinking, offer take-offs for cell phone and tablet recharging, cleaning in the pool became desirable and more straw kiosks for being cooler, as plastic ones do not account for the heat of the city, unstable Wi-Fi at several points in the hotel.
