The hotel is in a good location in the central area of Curitiba. The breakfast has some options is good. The shower was not heated and although they said that maintenance was done continued with the same problem.

The hotel meets the expectations well, super educated staff, elevator running, breakfast ok and good rooms comfortable bed and bathroom ok if the goal is to stay well in the central area of Curitiba and have easy access to any place in the city then this hotel is the ideal.

Good and fair price

Simple but cozy hotel and 1000 note reception well served at any time of the day. The place is easily accessible to tourist spots and the tourist bus stop is on the street behind the hotel. The beds are cozy and the shower is great

I stayed three days and got a great reception, not to mention a very rich breakfast and perfect location in the center of town.

I was in a room with two single beds, let's say the bed was good, and we stopped there, because the lighting in the room was very poor, the air conditioning was so dirty, that to be able to use it I had to clean the filter myself, which was absurdly dirty. The room had only one outlet, actually one outlet, which I imagine from the location was used by the late Frigobar who was no longer there.

It's a bad hotel.

The place was bad, the advertising was misleading, I didn't even unload my bags. I asked for the money back and I wasn't served. I don't recommend it to anyone. I'd really like to be answered, the hotel told me it's not his responsibility because I booked through VCS. But who posted the photos? Who says they have parking and doesn't? Who should I blame?

Complaint

Unfortunately already at check-in it was a delay, for just they were changing things from place to place, and it took a long time to find my reservation, and it's a place to spend just one night to sleep, and the breakfast wasn't so good.

Disappointed

For the price, it's a good cost-benefit. The hotel is quite old, but that's not surprising, the photos demonstrate the reality well, I booked knowing that. The attendance of the reception and cleaning staff is EXCELLENT! They are very solicitous and polite people (I think that's the high point of this hotel). Only at breakfast there was a very bad-humored girl. I even thought the coffee would go to 10:30, but it was actually until 10:00. The person at the reception said to go there quickly, because it was still 10:00, I would give for something. The coffee girl forbid me to eat and said that I had even closed (because they still had 3 tables there). So about the coffee I can't say if this is a good bad room.

Good cost-benefit

It is not a very luxurious hotel, but it has a good cost-benefit ratio for those who want to be well located in the city, with many amenities around. It can be a bit of a problem to arrive, as it is well on a busy avenue in the center and has only two openings in front. Close to the historic center, you can get to know the city well without needing to drive.

Well located

Everything's bad but the worst part is the cleaning, in the bathroom there's a lot of dirt in the box and I'm not even going to comment on the floor, dirty bride. Red-stained towels. Tired reception. We booked on the website and it said we could make a parcel on the card, when we got there I couldn't (only over 700.00).

The worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Friendly team, clean room, good breakfast, good price/value, very good WiFi. The hotel is located in the center. Some shopping is nearby. Nearby there are various restaurants. We found only one outlet. This was located high. You could easily hear the neighbors. The cleaning team started early and was noisy.
