Small rooms, uncomfortable, bad beds, old bedding, tiny bathroom, poor cleaning, a lot of noise at night. Positive point. Good attendance from the staff. This hostel needs to be visited by the tax collectors, employees with various functions, receptionist, doorman, boy, telephoneist, and even make coffee for guests.

The Commission shall adopt implementing acts in accordance with the opinion of the Committee.

I don't recommend not returning your money and not giving you satisfaction. I was having health problems when I booked everything you can even asked to be out just booking. Now you don't return and not giving absurd satisfaction.

I had to cancel for health reasons. So far they haven't solved it and they're lying brazenly.

Perfect location, exceptional staffing, good room, hot water from the hot tub, excellent view, but if you're booking a more expensive room, check if the hot tub is hot.

It's a beautiful place.

We arrived in a class of 30 people, a whole family and we were welcomed, everything was ready and every day a different decoration!!

Good hotel cost benefit and location good breakfast attentive staff the only problem was a garage vacation that was booked the first day and then passed to another guest the employee offered a vacation in another hotel on the network but we thought the disruption was not worth it and we left the car on the street the towels were too small

Good cost benefit

We stayed at the Montanhas de Minas hotel in Réveillon 2019/2020. We paid R$300 a day with breakfast coffee for the whole family, in a spacious room with a couple bed and a single bed and balcony. I found it very good cost-benefit, even more so because it was Réveillon. The view of the balcony was wonderful, straight to the mountains (and, in turn, to the fireworks). The hotel still has a small swimming pool that, even if not heated, made the party for all of us in the heat, especially for the children. Delicious breakfast. Delightful breakfast. Corobar attendance from all. Finally, we really felt at home. They leave the refrigerator, to put away anything you want to take to a quiet place (although many hotels have fridge), but we always have a nice place to eat in front of the hotel, where most of the rooms are quiet, and all the restaurants are very quiet, and in front of the kitchen are very convenient.

We feel at home

The hotel is simple but tasty. It is in a quiet street, 700 m from the center. It is quiet to walk to the center (remembering that in Diamantina the streets are of stone and have a lot of hillsides). We stayed in one of the rooms that has a balcony. It was very nice, it has a net and a crate. The view is beautiful. The bathroom is clean, but the little soap they give is very bad (too small and does not make foam). The breakfast is well served and very tasty. The price was very fair.

A nice little hotel in a good location.

Hotel with good location, tasty and varied breakfast and food. Very beautiful artisanal decoration, reminiscent of grandmother's houses, making it cozy. It has some disadvantages: no parking, hard-to-connect Wi-Fi; impaired accessibility due to the stairs with many steps. Good service and staffing. Good cost benefit.
