The apartment is a little tidy but it has several improvements, the Wi-Fi doesn't work well in the room, the locks are too old, and we had trouble opening and closing the doors, and there was a very strong smell of toilet sewer.

Good, but it can get better.

The cost benefit really compensates, it's a POST so you feel at home, you can use the kitchen of the place which is incredible and very cozy the room is simple but for the value of the super daily compensates... the bed is very comfortable, the room is clean and has a refrigerator available for you to use, which I found perfect! The owners are mega friendly and receptive, I needed to check in 1h30 earlier and the check out was almost half a day and he charged me exactly half a day (which I was EXCELLENT!)... it's just being an educated person and knowing to talk that they'll do their best to help you tbm! And the location is great, very close to the beach (Cachaaa beach), which is a great clean and very good for the family, Jesus, good luck!

It satisfied my expectations and needs!

The strong point is the location, close to the beaches we wanted to visit and know. The attendant was great and very attentive in everything, but we had a leakage problem. We were switched rooms, thank God and a positive point, but the other room was also leaking. The breakfast was very good, everything was great. The attendant at the cafe was very attentive. My reservation would be to maintain the rooms themselves, which was a shame.

I don't even know where to start. Bad attendance (not there), they barely handed us the key when we arrived. Cafe of the morning THAT bad, the peacock if we played on the wall would open a hole. We booked a room with a view to the garden and were put in a room with a view to a wall. The bed is horrible, the room attendant doesn't exist, actually, he says he has, but he doesn't. The same days we were there, there was also an excuse. Their onibus was put in this little inn, which made it almost impossible for the other hosts to use. Our own employees make a noise on the side of the inn and make it impossible to host. On the day we had to go out, it was really hard to go to bed, but we had a late rest and ran off the road until 8:30am, but don't worry about it. If you were trying to grab a coffee or something from the inn, we wouldn't do it.

A lamentable experience.

The hotel is a nice little outdoors and has a well-captured common area, with good reading places, plant pots and lamps. The rooms, although recently renovated, still need improvements. The bed and pillow were very bad and the aperture did not work independently of the main light. But what left me wanting was cleanliness - they need more attention in this aspect. The shower was good and the Wi-Fi worked well. It is very close to Sapiens Park, which means it is good for those who go to the place for business.

I was with my girlfriend from March 2nd to 12th, the truth that we passed her by ten, the comfortable, clean rooms, the common empathy of the kitchen is kind, and best of all, the attention of the people in the inn!

Beautiful rooms, nice everything, just a little loud talk in the morning, but excellent if not out of it, the people are very kind, there is a community area for cooking, laundry, etc. and everything else.

Very nice todo

The positive: the excellent location, as it is close to everything. in addition, the fact that you can cook on site and have the corresponding utensils, is very advantageous. the negative: in apartments e.g. rooms 105 and 104, with respect to mattress beds, we could notice that the mattress with bathrooms was uncomfortable. we were six days with toilet problems, requesting a repair, because it was constantly closed and we never received the solution. so this implies living in a site with an anti-hygiene bathroom. this inconvenience, if solved, with a change of department, was only on the last day. resulting in this being almost the same as the previous one. finally, on the day we arrived, the room corresponding to our reservation, was not available for use.

Positive and negative criticism.

A family residence serviced by its owners, its owner very attentive. Simple, very well located in the Cachoeira de Bom Jesus, a 100 m from the beach, businesses, restaurants, pharmacies, micros, todo a mano. repeat a long time ago I stayed.
