We love the place, very well located a few meters from the room Playa and in the center. It has a pool, gym, game room, many spaces to rest and enjoy the day inside the hotel in case you are touched by a rainy day, the rooms are comfortable, without great luxuries but with everything you need. The breakfast is very good and the attention of everyone who works is very cordial.

It is excellent.

I stayed with one of my daughters for 7 days.On the first day we were given a room on the 4th floor, next to the elevator, we spent the night, the air conditioning was very loud and the worst was the smell of the bathroom that was felt day and night.When I explained all this to Andrés of the reception, not only did he change our room but because of the inconvenience he gave us a superior room than we had paid for, with a terrace, grill and jacuzzi.We had a flight at 23.30 to return, and again Andrés managed to have the room until we left the hotel, and without charge! The hotel has no luxuries, it is a building with maintenance that is not up to date.The cleaning of the rooms is done all day long, so that beyond the reception, they were always cleaned up.

We've already been to this hotel several times taking advantage of the direct flight to Córdoba Florianópolis that in 2 hours leaves us on the beach.The hotel is complete, has all the basic amenities, is very well located, the beach area is quiet and the attention is cordial.There are no luxuries but it's great for a family getaway.We have no noise problems always touching us on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Very good rate.It's one of the few hotels with a gymnasium.The breakfast buffet is good.

We are very happy with our lives.

The people at the bar were spectacular!!!! Just one night they organized a karaoke TEMPERANO to give the people at the hotel a fun time and it turned out fantastic!!! But as always there are people bad and resentful who have asked that the music not continue...it is so, in life there is a little bit of everything and there is no acceptance, there is no other!!!! Till next year.

The hotel is not responsible for the noise that is generated in the bar when it is outsourced, if parties are organized when they do not stop to rest or sleep, it is located on the ground floor and the noise spreads to all the rooms.

A place to stay.

Very nice hotel. The staff very attentive, especially Andrés very attentive. We were a family with my wife and my 4-year-old daughter. Easy access to the beach and all the local shops. We are back in 2019 safely. Very friendly employees. I recommend you.

In 2008 we moved to a beautiful beachside hotel with excellent service, medium boarding and easy access to the avenue to tour the entire island with large living rooms with spacious living rooms.

The hotel opens at the end of November. It is a 2 star, with a pleasant and spacious hall, with numerous sofas... in leather, no longer to be disconnected... pool with pleasant warm water, modest rooms, simple but effective cleaning, unfortunately they use strange products with unpleasant smells.
