Excellent place to rest, intimate and quiet, ideal for going out to rest as a couple and by car. Good location to get to other parts of the island. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and the dining area quite comfortable too. While it doesn't have breakfast, the coffee they have to offer is very good and the honey is delicious! Since there aren't many gastronomic varieties nearby for walking, it would be nice if they had an electric horn to solve the meal there without using microwaves, since the supermarket is two blocks and there is a variety of food.

Relaxation and connection with nature.

This very well-maintained guesthouse by its owner, Paulo, is ideal for relaxation and lovers of tranquility.Located in the Catalan jungle, surrounded by a lot of greenery and some animals, all very carefully, the environmental awareness is evident here.The services are excellent!!!!!!!!!!

a paradise in Armacao

A beautiful place in the middle of nature, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the trees, a rich café and the warm attention of its owner.

Natural beauty is beautiful.

Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side. Beautiful location built and furnished with great taste by the owner. Paulo, who speaks very well Italian, has been very courteous and willing to solve all the problems and help us during the holidays.

It's a wonderful place.

A delightful pousada hidden away in a tropical garden . Lovely rooms overlooking the garden and a separate haman and jacuzzi surrounded by trees. Paolo, the owner is so helpful and his "DIY breakfast system works well in helping guests to meet and share experiences. We really enjoyed our stay there

A charming place in "paradise"

La posada is beautiful, only 6 rooms in a natural, quiet and safe environment. It has very cozy common areas, a basic kitchen for the use of guests in which there are basic ingredients such as fruits, cookies, coffee, sugar, etc. It has a very good jacuzzi and sauna (payment aprte of R$35 per two people). The attention is very cordial and informative. The proper location, is a cu de ruta, a dos del mar (although you have to walk about 20 minutes to get to the quietest beaches) and has a nearby supermarket and restaurant.

We felt very well at Paulo's. Those who like to be calm and relaxed are well taken care of here. The whole complex and Pousada are lovingly cared for. The beach, a very good restaurant for the daytime (Nutri) and a supermarket are within walking distance. However, to discover even more beautiful beaches, cafes and wonderful restaurants for the evening, a rental car is a MUST, here too Paulo was able to help us immediately. The breakfast is simple, but everything is fresh and healthy. The furnishing of the rooms is also simple and clean. The Pousada has a sauna and jacuzzi - we have not used it.

Pleasantly relaxed

We had a very nice stay here - cant recommend it enough. Paulo (the owner) is very helpful, knows the area well and gives excellent advice. Every morning the breakfast was freshly prepared with different juices and cakes. 

It is a very relaxing place to stay, where you feel close to nature. We recommend you visit the nearby Lontra Project (Otter sanctuary)  and of course the lakes and seaside!

Paraiso!

A warm welcome: next to the beach, Paulo welcomed us (in French) in his charming pousada. Rest and quiet guaranteed. Lunch house, sauna and jacuzzi, all with respect for the environment.

A Place of Peace

Alemdomar has to be one of the best pousadas on the island of Florianapolis.  First of all it is in the unspoiled south part of the island.  The “developers” haven’t moved in yet. 

 It is tucked into a hill halfway between a fabulous beach and a spectacular lake.   You can stand in the lake and be surrounded by mountains on three sides yet still hear the waves breaking on the ocean beach.

No need to rewrite what the other trip advisor writers have said so well and so accurately. My wife and I felt totally at home from the moment of our arrival.  Paulo was always gracious and available to answer questions.  He even got us a taxi to pick us up at 4:00 AM.  The chalet spa high on the hill behind the pousada is spotlessly clean and the grounds are spectacular. The other guests provided interesting conversation for each morning’s excellent breakfast. We liked it so much we stayed 14 days in February 2012.
