In the month of October 2022 I made a reservation for the days 05-08/01/2023 in this hostel through CVC, hostel which through various surveys appeared to be a well-respected hostel, the same at the time confirmed that everything was fine with my reservation that I could be unconcerned, however, on the week of the same trip informed CVC that it would not fulfill the reservation due to oversale, that is, it sold the reservation that it had informed that it was confirmed, ruining all the plans made for the trip because we could very well have scheduled other things if we could have done this holiday week, an attitude where it shows a total decline with a potential guest despite all the good reviews, I must take very much care with this reservation on your trip because it can not be cancelled there and the other channels are not being able to attend to your complaints, but we will not let you or your plans be recorded.

Recanto of the Aconchegos

I went to this inn to spend my honeymoon. Cozy lodging, excellent service! It's a quiet inn, it has a thermal pool, it has hydraulics, it has a sink... it's a very cozy space. It's great for those who want to rest and relax! I don't think the 3-star rating is a good rating, because it's a great place, I'd like to go back! Thanks to the inn and staff for participating in such a special moment and the tornado so calm. Perfect!

For when we arrived in the city they called us to know about the check-in, which seemed like a good sign at first, ice cream was a mistake. When we checked in at the inn we contacted at the same time the room conditions were deplorable and we called at the same time someone to clean up, the receptionist at the time said that I would send someone and explained that the hydro massage would take at least 4 hours because no other causes would be included in the water at a certain temperature in conditions of use. And that it would be probable that they would contact me first. As we saw that we would have been able to do something about it at the first time, I also sent a message to the company that I had to call my first time, I decided to go to the beach and then I sent a third time to the beach and then I sent a third time to the beach and then I told them that I was going to wait to leave the beach in this condition, I told them that I would meet a woman and we were going to meet a cleaner at the end of the beach and then I told them that we would not be able to clean up the water in the next room and that we would not

Poor attendance, dirty and disorganized, a garbage, misleading propaganda, photos that don't match reality...

It's a nice-looking room in the entrance, but a dirty room and bathroom, mud on the walls, without sweeping the reception. It's shiny, because there's a hanging lamp, but the worst thing is that there was no cleaning, no changing towels, for 4 days. Breakfast that was the proposal, delivered in plastic boxes, with old bread and ice cream. Two hot bottles, one with coffee and one with milk, showing total waste and lack of hygiene. What amazes me most is that the inn was full and the comments are all favorable, with a rating of good by Tripadvisor. It's unfortunate that this company didn't take care of it, as a review of several restaurants, rated by you.

Tourism

I was a little bit suspicious because I read a lot of reviews that weren't good, but really for the time you spend inside it's okay. I stayed in the romantic room as they call it. Hot tub next to the bed is very nice. What's half-rare is that one of the bathroom walls is glass so you don't have much privacy in the bathroom, but it's pretty anyway. The only thing that didn't seem right to me is that if you need something from the people at the post office at night, you hardly recommend. and a WhatsApp number. To communicate but you do it many times and no one disputed. You have a very well-planned day. Pamela is super lovely. During the super personal kitten. All the morning maintenance is done.

What a beautiful place.

Although I should point out that the place is picturesque, as shown in the photos, the amenities are excavated. The room is really for two and they add a sofa, which when opened leaves no room to pass through. Marriages with older children sleep uncomfortable. The kitchen is quite complete. But it has no table, so there is no other place to share the few tables that are in the grill area, which are always crowded, plus rainy days. The good thing about having to share the tables between the tenants is that we could make new friends.

 Mini-departments

I've been there again. It's sadly a beautiful but poorly cleaned place. If you don't follow the rules (e.g. changing sheets when appropriate and wearing sunscreen etc etc etc etc.) the towel is cleaned 2 times only for 10 days. The owners or tenants have zero presence so that no one can visit. Cable TV service is not included. Placard boy without doors (roto) room girl (only 2 people x plus 4 people) NO APTO FAMILY with children 1 to 4 years old. Many places are cleaned. After that there is no physical place to eat (2 tables where all the girls live) in the end.
