I thought it was great to stay near the center, the beach, the staff, the nice manager, the nice breakfast, the rotating parking on the sidewalk of the hotel, no charge, the building is old, from the 80s, but well preserved and clean.

Great option in Canasvieiras

I'm from Argentina and I left with my family with the dream of meeting Floripa after a whole year of work... we stole almost all the money from our room and from OTHER 3 HABITACIONES MAS (while we were there) without forcing the door. i don't want to blame anyone unfairly but this is more than clear that it was someone who knew at what time there were no guests in the room and who had access to the keys. we asked for an immediate performance and that he called the hotel manager. we replied that he didn't have the manager's phone and that we had to wait until the next day she entered (without informing us that there had already been other robberies the day before) the manager's response was that we were only paying to work out an alarm and were afraid of the complaint (we had never made the complaint because he had never even made the mask present and that he would not be able to save the room, and that we would not be able to save the information of the other guests, as well as we had done to save the room, and to save the rest of the room.

Well, let's just say, it's a small private hotel, a private dining room, a variety restaurant, the only bemool, there's no animation for the kids at the pool, the loud DJ sound all day long, and the maid who comes knocking on the door at 8am for the towels, she forgets that people are on vacation and don't want to be disturbed or else it's okay but personally I won't come back for the lack of animation we get bored in the evening.

Hotel with great location, a block from the sea, near the centre of Canasvieiras. Excellent service, very educated staff. Great room cleaning, very good beds and clean and new sheets. The breakfast could have more variety, but it was enough. The hotel needs some improvements like the pool and chairs around. I'll definitely be back.

We were in and my wife was on the balcony. We left the air conditioning on, we saw people who were also on the balcony, and at least four people, they had hooks attached to the balcony. Because they had a lock. And after closing it can only open inside. I called three times and asked one of the hotel receptionists, who was sometimes the only person, to help. But I would have to take, reserve the key to the apartment and go in and unlock the lock from the balcony door.

Excellent receptionist attention and its mucous membranes, very good location, about everything. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The beautiful swimming pool as well as the park. The breakfast is very complete.

There was a sign on the breakfast table that what you leave on the plate (LAS SOBRAS) would be collected. They never took the air conditioning in the breakfast room. Having to pay for breakfast for 7 days only I spent 2 days and my son never consumed. Finally hostility to the tourist.
