What was good

It's close to the main Gramado avenue. You can do almost everything at a walk distance. Excellent. All the products are local and made at the hotel. The menu is big and signed by a chef. Well decorated and the bed is comfy. The bathroom is clean and beautiful. The towels, sheets and blankets are first class. They provide Loccitane products and the mini fridge is daily free. Amazing. Everything is clean and tyde. The staff is polite, kind and ready to anything you need.

What was bad

Nothing. Everything was perfect despite the Pandemic.
