Access to the hotel is very quiet, the location is perfect. The exterior, reception (very nice and spacious by the way), restaurant, auditorium, swimming pool and corridors are very well preserved. However, at least in the rooms we stayed in, we saw many opportunities for improvement in conservation and maintenance: signs of moisture on the walls, worn-out furniture at the bottom (garment storage), very unstable water heating system, missing ceramic tablets in the wet area of the bathroom, joints needing cleaning, the bathroom water does not come out, (grade of inclination), the basin cover with oxide to the bathroom quickly falls to the apparent gaps and the outlets behind the television without any gaps. It will improve communication after the 22 elevators.

It has the potential to be great!

I can't mention what DEPLORÁVEL was staying in this so-called 4 star hotel. I had one of the worst hosting experiences I could imagine. And not enough hosting experience, they simply ignored MY MESSAGES with a request for refund or explanations. We stayed in this hotel room. The most expensive room in the hotel. A short summary: - Moff everywhere - A foam-packed, absurdly uncomfortable living room - My TV that didn't work - BANHEIRA SEM FUNCIONAR (pas, we have a bathroom with a bathroom and it doesn't work) - And I obviously ignored the answers from several people who stayed here today, they didn't rain that electricity down without paying a penny! They don't even report that during the winter that it's extremely cold, and I'm sorry to hear that if I've been abused by my TV, I'd have to take my photos and I'd have to pay for it.

Worst hosting experience of my life!

We spent only one day (Saturday to Sunday). Room with mold (my daughter had a respiratory crisis because of the fact) and cleanliness leaving to be desired. I also found it very tight for 4 people. The badly regular shower for the hot bath (in the middle of the bath it got cold and you had to wait for the goodwill to return to the hot). The hotel has apparently a good look since its entrance, reception, hot tub jacuzzis and a large swimming pool, attentive staff, but the room, as I have told you, left much to desire! The breakfast (Sunday) was surreal! My wife was earlier and could still serve herself. I arrived at 9:30 am. There was no need for sweets, yogurt, liquid cheese, and butter to try! There was even a french pastry (the bags had to be packed) and there was no need to wait until the hotel staff had a lot of time, but the room, as far as I have said, left much to desire! The breakfast (Sunday) was surreal!

It's disappointing.

The hotel Porto da Serra, is located in an area a little far from the city centre, but for those who are in a car this is not a problem. It meets the requirements for a good stay. It has a good infrastructure, a large swimming pool and a great hot tub, a comfortable but small room for a family of 04 people, dedicated and polite staff, a well-served breakfast, with a variety of options.

Spacious and clean apartments, excellent food, spacious Jacuzzi and swimming pool. Excellent breakfast, soft bed, terraced apartments, offers lunch and dinner as well, is not located in the downtown area, but is easily accessible.

It's a great place.

Hotel with good facilities, easy parking. A bit away from the shopping center and restaurants, needing a vehicle for locomotion. Careful staff and restaurant serving honest meals at reasonable prices. Swimming pool and hydropower for relaxation, plus a network available for the outlet of the apartment. I'll just suggest that the cleaning be more thorough: corridors and sofas from the outdoor area needing care. I also didn't find the breakfast so varied: there was no gluten-free or lactose-free option and eventually flies passed through uncovered food.

Knowing Gravatá

I was at this hotel in July 2018. It looks good, the swimming pool and hot tubs are ok, the restaurant offers a good menu, the rooms are small, the white plastic table and the two chairs are nightmarish. The balcony is nice and the relative hammock. If you want them to make the bed and clean the room you have to ask the receptionist. There is no laundry service. You have to improve, there is potential.

It Can Be Improved

Passing through the region and spent one night at this hotel. The place is nice, clean and well maintained. It has a good pool area. Stayed in a “bangalô” and it is pretty nice, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is in line with the hotel category. Good option.

Nice option in the region

The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with a cute balcony with a hammock in all the rooms. The pool, the playroom and the gym are always available and the hotel offers a great breakfast. Be careful with the mosquitoes, they always appear in the begging of the night.
