The hotel really has an amazing view! It's very easy to locate, but you need a car because the climb is quite steep. The room we stayed in was excellent, with an amazing view of the balcony. The balcony is fused with that of the other rooms, so it has little privacy, but we didn't have any problems, and the window has a blackout curtain. Staff attendance was also excellent, breakfast simple but very tasty. The only problem we had was that we couldn't get the TV to work.

It's an excellent benefit for those who drive!

Everything was impeccable, starting with the view, which is really beautiful, the service based on kindness and respect for the guest. The staff of the bar is very attentive and efficient. The room is spacious and comfortable. The outdoor area is excellent. The portions and meals are of quality and at prices acceptable to the standards of the island. Access may scare some due to the steep and winding streets, but the environment outweighs all this. It is a place where I intend to stay again when I go to Ilhabela. Super recommend!!!

What an amazing experience!

The hotel is on top of a steep hill, so you need a car. Thanks to this very high location, the view is actually very nice. The room is clean with good scrubbing, my room had no sea view and the front wall is glass with a curtain to keep privacy, but it doesn't have a blackout so at 6am the room was already clear what impacted sleep. Breakfast is ok. For elderly people or people with difficulty moving you have to think because the hotel is full of stairs.

Good hotel

WIFI is bad. If you need to work someday, give up. They even offer a small living room where wifi is better but the place is uncomfortable and hot. I only got to work because the reception set up a network cable and I connected the modem directly to the computer. But the cable was small and I had to get stuck on a couch with the PC in my lap. Imagine spending 4 hours in this situation. The location is good. But no matter how close to the beaches it is very bad to walk anywhere. Because the hotel is on an absurdly steep hill, you go down until you go down, but for... if you know you're going to need it and if wifi isn't 100% important in your stay, you can remember it. But it's worth seeing the room, you don't have a problem with privacy. I think the location is good. But the hotel is on foot to go anywhere.

It's not worth it, a sidewalk that makes walking impossible, a balcony with no privacy, bad wifi.

I stayed for the second time in this Hotel - My new stay happened this month of December 2021 with my wife and my five-year-old son. Great location near the center (Vila) in front of Itaguassu beach with an excellent beach kiosk. Really the hotel has a beautiful view of the San Sebastian Canal. Cleanliness well done. It has three swimming pools a child. It offers excellent cost benefit. The hotel owned in-house restaurant for guests is served a la carte from 13:00 to 23:00 hrs. Some kitchen staff need a larger support to improve the service, but nothing to compromise the stay. The hotel has rooms with or without a view - two bathrooms with two private owners my son recommended without any doubt.

Very comfortable

One of the best view I've ever been where there is a unobstructed seaview. Breakfast with a view was great too! I highly recommend this hotel to foreigners travelling to Brazil. The pool side has a view of the sea and the city of Sao Sebastiao, you'll see tankers sailing in and out of the port and behind you is the mountain. The place is very quiet - we miss this hotel as we transferred to the next hotel called DPNY (I don't recommend this hotel), the noise of the road is unbearable and no seaview! DPNY sucks!

The hotel is very nice with exceptional view, the hotel has 3 nice pools and the restaurant where we have a complimentary breakfast also has view! The room is simple but comfortable and clean and they have a free WiFi.
The cons is that you have to bring your own towel to the pool, if not they charge you to get one, but even with that I recommend this hotel!

Amazing view!!!

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. It is really clean, both available pools are great, the view from the balcony is amazing. The breakfast was good, too. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. You need to drive couple of minutes (maybe 6 minutes from the main street) upwards the hills by car, but the view is it worth.

Beautiful view, nice and clean hotel

I'm sure the view is nice, but the point is that it's not a real hotel, but it's a multi-property, so the quality of the rooms is very variable, depending on how it's maintained by the owners. The staff is almost all nice, but the service is not always impeccable. The price paid is higher than the real value. The restaurant service is definitely improving, for now I'd go somewhere else to dine.

I mean...

Wretched state of the bedrooms: rotten safety nets, dirty walls, non-functioning and dusty lamps, electric shower with unprotected flip-flops, uncollected frontal guest trash, rotten windows and doors that let mosquitoes and saffron with churretes through.
