It's been a long time since we've had a maintenance session. The doors are fixed, the wardrobes have no doors, the loading canopy has no canopy, finally, no maintenance. Breakfast is simple. The time is not right if you want to go for walks. At the reception they talk at 8am but they open at 8:20am. The only positive thing is the location and education and attention of the employees who are struggling to get around the precarious state of the building.

There's no maintenance.

As I searched for a last-minute place on a beautiful island the pelican saved us to have a little canteen to sleep and shower rs. The staff are great talking and are polite congratulations to you. But that's the only good part of the place unfortunately and honestly the same price they charge for the day eh like other comfortable inns, I didn't go to another pq had no more room. That's not a complaint pq indeed the pelican saved me if I didn't sleep in the car. But people honestly invest in your business, I think it's embarrassing to offer you a mattress of the worst kind of hostel.

It saved me from despair, but the place is bad.

The place is great, besides being in front of the beach, it's close to everything, for those who want to save it's a good one! What I liked in the room was the sea view lounge, the big bed and the TV, which despite a few canals, it got good, the air conditioning also worked a little bit, otherwise, they could make an improvement, the bathroom is a horror, but for the price of the hotel, being in such a nice place, you can't wait long for me to come back, because I'm the couple's tough bread, but my husband already said that he'd rather pay a little more and stay in the hotel a little better. They could think of paying a better charge in a few rooms, gradually, even more expensive.

Good for saving!

Very tasty, simple, but cozy place. Excellent service, staff requested, they do everything to make the customer feel at home. The hotel Pelicano has well-equipped rooms, with sea views, which is in front of the hotel. Just cross the street. That's all it's worth!!!!!!

It's sensational.

Very well located a few steps from the beach, very good breakfast, I think it could have a variety of juices. attentive and polite team. But the facilities leave much to be desired, show-wire bathroom, no door in the box, rooms with the walls peeling, old furniture, bad mattresses! If you invest a little more in this area, the hotel improves a lot!

Okay, but it can get better.

The location of the hotel is very good, the swimming pool and the breakfast are also good, super polite staff. But the rooms leave you wanting. Old bed, bad mattress, very poorly finished bathroom, the drawer door when you open it looks like it's going to fall off, the part you leave as a garment for the guests is horrible, practically a hole in the wall with a piece of wood inside... For having such a good location, the hotel should invest more at least in the rooms. I'm sure I would have more guests. I hope to come back in the future and have a better experience with the entire structure of the hotel.

Awful rooms.

They could modernize it a bit. Exposed electricity cables, electricity points and other very old things could be improved. The wifi did not work in the bedroom. They could also accept cards because these days nobody carries money or cheque book anymore.
The breakfast is ok and the stuff are friendly.

Old and simple!!!

Excellent location, seafront, Pereque beach. Now, the hotel is falling apart... literally. The rooms are spacious, but the walls are peeling, full of moisture... the common areas are ruined. The cleanliness, badness... the hotel is huge and has no staff. The windows in general have rotten windows. The common area of pile is the best they have. I don't recommend it at all.
