Amazing little Pousada in the best location in Itacare, with easy walking access to the best beaches and the main pedestrianised street for restaurants and services. The casa itself is beautiful, quiet and relaxing with a great pool and lounge area. You could not feel more welcome in this family run place. Patricia was very really nice, communicative and made sure everything was perfect for the stay. Natalia the hostess was very kind and helpful and the lady making the breakfasts was always cheerful. Very happy I chose to stay here and highly recommend it.

Perfection !!!

Amazing stay at casa path! Super comfy bedroom, delicious breakfast and very welcoming host! We had a great time and really enjoyed the local advices and hospitality of Patricia! Hope to be back as soon as possible. 


Lovely stay at super charming pousada!

After a misadventure at another hotel in Itacare, it is a bit of a coincidence that I find myself in the Pousada Casa Patu. 3 rooms but with all the comfort and charm I want. A varied breakfast that makes you happy after the month of couscous and sausages usually served. The team is adorable, good advice and smiling. Everything is done to make you have a good time, 3 nights is not enough we would stay there longer because we feel at home. Thank you for your help, listening and the little attentions of everyday life. Good continuation to all and vivacare!!! The place is quiet but 3 minutes walk from the main street, what more to ask Ita 🙂?

A Peaceful Refuge in Ithacaré

We spent an amazing five nights in Kevin and Patricia’s beautiful Pousada in Itacare. They were the best hosts we could have wished for - we had a very warm welcome and every day they gave us tips on the best places to go, how to get there and where to eat. The Pousada itself is stunning, very relaxed with just three bedrooms, with a lovely chill out area with hammocks and deckchairs, and a pool which was awesome after a long day at the beach! Also they serve an amazing breakfast - everything is fresh and no plastic could be seen on the breakfast table - makes a nice change from individual portions or jam, honey, butter, etc that most places serve, which goes on to blight our oceans.

We couldn’t have had a better time and it was largely down to Patricia and Kevin - it has been the best place we’ve stayed in brazil and we very much hope to return :)

A slice of heaven

On our trip to Brazil, we opted for the pousada which we liked more than the usual booked hotels. When we arrived at the casa Patu in Itacaré, it was super Beautiful, super clean, quiet (3 rooms) either one of which you have your feet directly in the pool, or the other with a small private balcony, a good breakfast and a very pleasant service that once we left we already miss! What is really nice is the possibility of renting the whole pousada privately with a nice equipped kitchen, I will surely return there with my friends!

 Pretty like anything 

Super welcoming romantic room by the pool good breakfast and located next to the Pituba shopping street and the beach. Patricia speaks French, English and Portuguese and informs you about the good corner restaurants like the aqua, the pancake or Marley's tapas bar on the Orla opposite the beach. We had sunshine while the weather announced rain every day. Visit ITACARE in Bahia thank you

A heart attack

A haven of peace, nevertheless located a few steps from the lively city of Itacaré and the beautiful beach of Concha. We spent 2 days there peacefully and quietly, between the pool, hammock and the yoga class very kindly organized for us. Perfect for a love trip! Not to mention breakfast...to TOMBER!

I got it!

One of the best stays ever! Casa Patu is a super nice decorated pousada which just gives you that little extra feeling you're at home instead of in an hotel. Patricia and Kevin are the best, they are cool and very easy going and took us to some nice places and beaches as well. Very helpful and full of great tips! Breakfast every morning was the best we had so far in Brazil as well. Can't say anything else except for that we are going to miss this place a lot and will definitely come back. Would recommend everybody to stay here! Thanks Patricia and Kevin :)

Beautiful and well decorated

We are so Happy we got to spent a couple of nights at Casa Patu. Its without doubts the ideal vacation home in my opinion. Staying there set the tone for our whole Itacaré vacation. Pati who manage the place makes you feel just like home, plus she knows everything there is to know about Itacaré and can give you a lot of useful tips. Never felt more welcome! She even helped us find another pousada since Casa Patu was fully booked, otherwise we defenitely would have stayed longer. We even came back to Casa Patu after checking in to another pousada just to have a beer and hang out since we missed it:)
