It's very cozy out there, the rooms have actually gotten a little old. But not dirty, that's a difference, the little pool was ideal for our kids at night or in the morning and a little bit to plant. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. The staff were all very friendly, the price could be a little lower, as measured at the facility. But it was acceptable, in conclusion, if you don't have all the high desires for the room, it's perfectly fine.

Small but fine

I stayed 3 nights at Pousada Nainas. The place is not looked well after. I had to change room as the bathroom was very smelly and mouldy. After heavy rain the water doesn't drain. The place is rundown and also the second room upstairs was smelly. 
Nobody speaks English altough it says so in the Guidebook. The stuff is very unfriendly as soon as of the owners (2 women) are not around.
The beds were also terrible - very soft and not flat. The whole place needs a renovation!
There are many better options to stay in Itacaré than this place!

Very rundown and filthy Place

We stayed 5 nights as a family in this quiet and well situated pousada. however, there were a few negative points that tarnished the stay: - The pool is not tremendous (the photo on the site is misleading) and the water did not seem tremendously clean - Breakfast is not tremendous and if you arrive in the last, you have to settle for leftovers (because there is little replenishment of the buffet). - Friendly home but no more!

Well, it can do much better.

I stayed at the inn for a week, until a few days ago.The inn is very well located, 40m from Concha Beach.Although it is not the best beach, because it is a mixture of river and sea, it is a good option to go for a tomr or a meal, because it has a wide variety of restaurants that are open until about 8pm.This is one block from Pituba Street, which is the tourist shopping center and others from the historic center.The room is very good, the treat cordial.The lasicones are simple but are fine.They have a techo and, if requested, air conditioning.The inn is not for romanticism...There are many quiet mosquitoes and that there are that to be taken into account, which is not in the inn...the breakfast room, which has a huge variety of dishes, which is not a special treat, which is a great way to eat, if you want to eat, if you want to eat, if you want to eat, if you want to eat, if you want to eat, if you want to eat.

 Excelente Opcion is a very good option.

We booked this pousada in advance as we were concerned places would still be full after carnival. This was not the case and if we hadn't booked for all 6 nights we were staying there, we would have changed to a nicer pousada on another beach - Tiririca, as we prefered it's waves to the flat, lagoon-like Concha beach, which is beautiful and perfect if you have kids.

We didn't really like this pousada though, we certainly wouldn't go back. There were several minor issues which added up... Most importantly for me, the bed was not king size, probably a queen (160cm width) and the mattress was a low quality coil, which I hated as every time my husband moved, it felt like being in an earthquake. Also, the AC unit was installed at bed height, which meant you got the cold air straight on your feet but as soon as you stood up, you felt hot. Not clever at all... Gave me runny eyes and a scratchy throat. Luckily, Itacaré is so beautiful and we were so exhausted from all the hikes and waves that we just passed out at night.

Other things we didn't like: the juices are VERY watered down at breakfast, I gave up on them on the second day. Our shower leaked A LOT so our bathroom was always wet. They did offer to give us another room, but as the problem wasn't so bad at the start and only got unbearable on the last day, we prefered to avoid the hassle of packing and unpacking and just got some extra floor mats. It also didn't help that whenever we asked for something, people had a bit of an attitude and didn't seem too keen to help out. They also didn't care much about keeping the ants away from the breakfast food (most things were covered, but on more than a couple of occasions the ants had found way in and no one did anything about it, yuck). The swimming pool did not appear very clean, but it's quite unnecessary with such a calm beach 40m away.

Note of warning re. Itacaré, or rather google maps for Itacaré: the basic map is wrong!! Use the satellite layer to see the actual location of things, and if you are driving, get a road map, as there are some pretty important roads missing on Google!!!

Great location but poor service and infrastructure

The owner sets a price by internet and nevertheless when we are checking-out, she charges another price, of course that much more expensive.

Much mess, never finds reservations or whatever.

Really horrible, I never more come back to this place

Fraud e trickery

A cozy, very colourful, immersive garden with a small swimming pool. Romantic beds, fitted with a thick mosquito bed, make the stay quiet.
