The bathroom in the cafe looked like such a dirty public bathroom, with unbearable stuff. The coffee room had little choice, very hard bread, baked cake, and they never put anything back. The employees are fat and rude. Every time we needed them, they didn't help at all. To improve, the water ran out. Some inns still had to do. We asked for help and nothing was done. I arrived at the inn after a long walk to the beach, they accepted our water. We stayed 2 days. They didn't have to buy filtered water. They didn't have to wait for a bathroom. They didn't have to get anything done before 7:15 p.m. He didn't come back, and he didn't have to refund anything, and we didn't have to ask for any help until 7:30 p.m.

Worst experience of my life

Reserving for 7 nights, the owner sold the room and instead of apologizing, he took the room stuff and opted to get angry. A violent one with the passengers, his family living there and the staff. In the face of the complaint, obviously out of his mind, instead of apologizing and looking for solutions, he became violent with both us and the staff. The breakfast A disaster, cleaning a disaster. The worst vacation experience I ever had. Everything was recorded at the tourist office in Jeri. I must warn you that he makes extra charges with the card, advising them to pay in cash.

The owner of the property is a fraudster.

The rooms we stayed in for 3 people were great. Very big, with balcony. Very bad cleaning, they never cleaned right. Air conditioning too weak for the size of the room. There are no outlets in the room, there was a ventilator available to help cool the room further along with Air but there was nowhere to put it, I had to go over the wardrobe and turn off the TV if not, we would not be able to sleep. Breakfast with little variety, but the worst thing is you arrive and have almost nothing else because it's over and they don't sound like bread for example. The coffee goes until 9:30 if you arrive at 9 and have the bread, like F0d@-€ they have to stay for something else, because they didn't have a bathroom.

Bad experience in general

The hostel itself is very in, we stayed in room 11 which is an apartment. Very spacious, comfortable. One reservation, the apartment has two bathrooms, but only one has a shower. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Few options of bread, no cheese bread, jellies. Fruits are always the same, juice etc. My suggestion is that breakfast really needs to be improved and much. The rest, polite, dedicated employees, the location is also good.

Location nice, the pousada is far from the casino and it's the only positive note, pathetic breakfast, poor cleaning, uncomfortable bed but the cherry on the cake was the owner's answer to my question on the counter...I asked if I could have it to put clothes on and he said it didn't work, put it on the SEDIA...RISPOSE INACCETABLE However the staff are the mirror of the property, they have fear in their eyes and they always answer NO IF I CAN...except for an Argentinian boy who does the night shift, it's a fish out of water, I hope he finds something better!

Disappointed

After various searches taking into account price, location, breakfast coffee and ratings, I opted for this hostel. I was charged 50% on the booking act and the other 50% I had to pay up to 3 days before the accommodation. Everything went well. The hostel has a nice physical space, a beautiful garden, a spacious breakfast room and a punctual reception. It is also very well located. Outside of the village center and at the same time close to everything, including the hostel itself. Not more than 10 minutes walk. I stayed in room 5, which was very large, including a couple's bed, a lounge and another lounge.

Potential wasted

Despite the fact that the place was fairly nice, I would NEVER recommend it. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM! When making the payment to confirm the reservation, I had no other option than to pay twice the price. It has been more than month now since I should have received my money, however they are not answering my messages.

A SCAM

When I made the reservation they were not clear with the payment methods and I had to make two transfers. I agreed with them that they would return me immediately, it has been more than a month and I am still waiting. We talked about a reservation for 10 people, so it is a high amount. They have been saying for a month that the system is being updated... I insisted and now no longer contestants, they are scammers, I do not recommend it at all.

I've been waiting a month for a refund and no response.

They broke my wrist and refused to change our accommodation dates.We offered to pay the fare difference but they refused to accept.They took our money without explanation.

 Disappointing treatment

We love and recommend staying in the inn! We stayed in room 7, plus a mega spacious, super comfortable bed, with 2 bathrooms, one up and one down. Wonderful service, from the reception, on our arrival, the attendant John was very receptive and attentive! Delicious breakfast, their cheese tapioca a delight, and the attendance of the girls in the living room and the impeccable kitchen, very dear and attentive! Excellent room service, the cleaning girls are great and super capricious tbc! We are returning refurbished! And we super recommend the inn Goldfish.
