Pousada is very close to the center, although I have to walk about three blocks, the city is very safe, so I went and came alone every day, even at night. I missed the staff at the reception, or more attention, having to always chat via WhatsApp while I was there. Breakfast is pretty simple, but enough.

Accommodation near the centre

I stayed in the inn because it was an extremely wrong indication from the travel agency. The room was dirty, without sweeping. The walls were stained and with spider webs in the corners. They switched to another room that was a little cleaner, but no primor. In this room the bed was smaller than the mattress, which had a part off the road and the sheet was torn. The next day, the breakfast had muddy bread and the table was dirty, there was a stained towel and a glass on the towel. Between the glass and the towel, insects were dead. The inn is unstaffed at night, the door is open, anyone can. I switched to the inn. Still, a businessman who had to stay there because their place is already disorganized, and the owner of the inn did not even come to explain the lack of reviews, even if the manager of the inn did not show up to give the reviews, and the manager of the inn did not show up to give the reviews.

Dirty place

Well-located accommodation, relatively close to the historic centre, walking safely. The structure is not luxurious but good and has private parking. The room is well ventilated and lit, besides being quiet. Morning coffee satisfactory.

Simple and Quiet Hospitality

Despite its proximity to the city center, the inn is very poorly maintained. But the worst problem is the question of differentiating the rooms between Precious and Semi Precious. I booked the Precious Suite, but when I arrived at the Pousada, the suite reserved for me, according to the owner, was with a Leakage. I was transferred to another suite that looks nothing like the reservation. When I checked out, the owner was not in the Pousada and the attendant, totally disoriented, didn't know how to proceed and in contact with the owner didn't know how to reach a mid-term. Finally, I don't recommend the lack of professionalism.

Disorganized

Mr. Romarco said that they would change every 3 days. I stayed 4 days (5 days) and they didn't change. He claimed that they didn't have clean towels and that mine would still last + 1 week. I stayed in the Crystal (fourfold). Ventilator and split old and weak. Water was missing in 2 days, well in time for the bath. The washed towels are spread in the parking lot, next to the cars.

Carnival period 2020

I made this reservation for Tripdvisor's assessment. And I say: you need to read carefully what I'm going to record! I organize trips to various locations nationally and internationally. What I'm going to report is not about being a simple inn, but about zeal and care for your guests. First I'll make a list of suggestions on how to treat your customers: 1. Lens is a place of Ecotourism, breakfast needs to be early.

Worst Pousada I ever stayed in!

We travel with 2 young kids and this pousada is a great option. Close to the restaurants but still far away enough to ensure some sleep early at night. 
Very helpful staff. Breakfast is very good and with a lot of variety. We can only recommend this pousada in Lençóis. 

Very good pousada 

Positive: delicious breakfast, friendly staff, quiet location Negative: Save didn't work, shower didn't work, only cold water and very very weak radiation, air conditioning is broken as soon as you turn it on, water comes out of the appliance and sprays the bed wet. After complaint, R$35 per person was given for two nights! Conclusion: not recommended!!!

I'm not recommending it.

We found this place last minute and thought what we paid was very reasonable.  The owner was very kind and patient. 

We had a room for three adults; the room was small but did have a newly remodeled bathroom.  

There were roomy public spaces with nice decor, which make the place feel very welcoming.

Breakfast was sumptuous and in a large room surrounded by windows adjacent to a covered porch.

The only thing negative I can say about this place is its parking lot which is sloped and extremely bumpy.  It would be very nice if the owner would invest in smoothing out the parking lot, then I would vote this one of the nicest places to stay in Lencois.

* this place is at the edge of town, but that's not always a bad thing.

Very good for the price

Nice frame Excellent lunch: fruits, juices, coffee, scratch, cakes, at will, made the same morning clean room, but the sheets have not changed since the week No beautiful personal view welcoming Don't trust the guides to come: willy who is the cousin of the owner.
