Hotel and Park very good. Very good food. Boy Renato, note 10. It turns out that I was stolen from the room. They just took a new Jeans that was inside my suitcase, unused. I also dropped in the pool a sun shirt bought in the park and unused. It went down in a few minutes. It's unfortunate that such a good hotel is so susceptible to theft anywhere. This makes the environment tense. In private transportation, they also stopped putting my wife's suitcase (van) in the trunk. Luckily she got it before Van left. And there was that... sorry, ma'am, I didn't see your suitcase in the airport van. Detail, there were only 3 suitcases in the van. It's unfortunate the level of insecurity. I'm not going back.

A lot of stealing in any situation.

The photos in my shower are better than the apartment itself because they always show up and they're in good condition. I stayed in 1108, ground floor, which is wide (3 rooms) but there's no air conditioning in the room which makes staying in this room very difficult given the heat and the flies... there's a lot of flies all day around the apartment and barter. It's not like I can be detached for a short time, because they always show up on the street and they're living walking to and from the beach, which gives me a little bit of a sense of using the kitchen sinks because you always have to wash everything.

Good location, but the apartment needs a refurbishment and detachment.

It is a well-equipped complex, a children's pool with slides, gym, sauna, etc... well maintained, clean everything. Cerca del Beach Park, so we went for a walk. From the sea, but you can't see the sea from the pool as it is surrounded by buildings. A fact that may interest some: there are many cats! Especially in the pool area.

Family Vacation

We arrived with a booking reservation, but it was already rented out, and we had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, overlooking the pool with slides and the sea, football, volleyball and basketball courts, a gym and sauna, and a beautiful location.

Condominio beach living

Nice place... pericles' attention was note 10. family and I thank you all for the reception. although I'm away from the center... the hotel only offers meals on friday, saturday and sunday! but they have restaurants that are looking to bring me to the local resort.

We went as a family and the apartments are super big. The beautiful pool area, especially for kids and teens. The very pretty beach, with white sand but a lot of waves. That didn't please me. The beach has no infrastructure. Not even an umbrella. The recommended beach is that of the Beach Park water park. It has everything and you can use whatever you want even if you don't consume. Going to the park seems like an unmissable appointment. It's worth hiring 3 days because it's almost worth 1 day.

We rented an apartment in a complex located in Aquiraz Porto das Dunas in Brazil, Fortaleza.The contracted conditions did not meet those of the rental department.There was no wifi in the department and the service in the complex was very poor.The number of rooms and beds available were 3 with 8 beds and the apartment we occupied had 2 rooms and only 3 beds.It was not well equipped.

Very good condominium. Excellent location. They are private apartments, have no facilities like a hotel. Very complete, all amenities available. 3 bedrooms with balcony, 2 complete bathrooms, air conditioned rooms, a very complete kitchen with all the appliances that exist and laundry. Very quiet and quiet... except on holidays (for example carnival) there everything turns into a mega samba, brindis and dance party from 12pm to 23pm.
