This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of BRL 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the room includes the use of electricity of 30kwh per day. The surplus will be calculated and charged at the end of your stay. A photo of the meter reading will be sent at check-in and check-out. The cost is BRL 1,30 per extra KWH consumed.
