The hostel facilities urgently need maintenance, especially the door locks, air conditioning, showers, even bedding and towels. During the night guests drift. During the day there is the dedication of the employee Cris but without the backing of the owner. Even water at breakfast is regulated. I do not advise anyone for this hostel.

Pousada doesn't meet the needs.

When the girl was very stressed and we didn't have to answer, the guy who sent us out was the guy who booked 6 rooms and when we arrived at the end of the afternoon, she was already in a hurry to leave, since we hadn't been warned that she would have a check-in deadline. The boy who was on the watch opened the rooms and said we could choose, the cafe changed the order of the rooms she had already arranged and she was very stressed and we didn't have to answer, the guy who sent us out was the guy who answered. On the first day we had problems with discharging the kitchen in one room, we had to have our kitchen in another and the air conditioning in another, we had to have our kitchen in another, we had to have our bathroom banished and the beach banished.

Care has much to improve

The facilities are new and clean and that matters a lot. The pool is small, they are very nice. The service is good. Morning coffee and more of the same... I found it weak! Except that one day I had to wait to make coffee... it can't happen. And if I had a schedule for a paid tour already... I had little problems in the room, but they solved.

A good cost benefit

We had asked the person who hosted us to order us a taxi for tomorrow morning with a specific schedule because we had a boat to take. She told us OK..the next morning no breakfast ready at 8:00 but later with as an apology from this lady that at night it's raining a lot. So breakfast swallowed up fast and no taxi ordered despite my resurgents in the morning. She told me that people didn't respond. So we had to walk with suitcases and bags at arm's length!!! without any help from them in muddy alleys full of water, while the hotel vehicle was in front. I never experienced such a nightmare in my life.

Bad reception

Breakfast with little or no service, many employees with cell phones, room with very poor water, a lot of dirt at the tap exits due to clean water, but knowing that these cleanings have to be almost daily, shower very poor, go to the bathroom to do your needs, you have to keep the paper roll in your hand because it has no paper door, there's no excuse for that, two holes and ready, bad paper put in, nothing, it seemed like a good joke on the website because it says it's like one of the best hostels, it shouldn't have anyone to judge.

It's not worth what's written.

They mention a price when you close and another when you've already closed. We call, we ask and nothing. Breakfast is NOT included and they pretend to misunderstand when asked.

The hostel is well located, this is the high point. The breakfast is very good, the homemade loaves and cakes are well made. However, in the fridge there is no water and they do not leave available. There is no person serving as manager, at no time. We were not warned that there were many snacks and my nephews and son were bitten the first night. The service is reasonable and the staff are not receptive.

The whole place is very beautiful: the gardens, the rooms, the pool area. It is small (I think only 12 rooms) which made it perfect for our family stay. It is a couple of blocks from the beach that is reached by one of those dream alleys that Barra Grande has. Also close to the center that can be reached on foot because the area is very quiet. The attention of all employees is excellent, as well as that of their manager; they all kindly attended to our orders. They even had a detail with my mother who fulfilled years during our stay. The cleaning and maintenance of the place is very good too, and the breakfast - which was not included in the price - was paid for some days because it is very complete. The only thing that would make the alms sounds better:) 

Very beautiful posada.

A typical hotel for its cost keeps it very clean. It is a couple of blocks from the beach and about five blocks from downtown, rented four-wheels a day for a walk around the bar, has a very good breakfast!

Hello, just to say it's my second stay here, and for me the best coffee in the pool area I've ever been in Brazil is necessary. Tranquila.clean.relatively friendly and personal friendly Good price and very close to the beach.Any doubts you have solved are worth booking and visiting the bay with its beaches.
