The attendance is good, the more the meals leave to be desired, the pools are great, the weather is very show, the attendants are polite, the more I had to call the manager when I ordered a dish, I didn't come and paid..........

Great stay. Good food. Gentle and polite attendance. Large apartment, elevator access to apartments. Breakfast with that timely tapioca. Point to be improved: providing a wheelchair for people with mobility difficulties, as well as leaving a person available at the park first aid station. One of my children was injured in the pool and I had to do the healing myself, there was material available but the station was closed and no one prepared for this help.

Stay in the Serra Valley

I didn't know this hotel, I went on a tour. The hotel is a bit unstable, but it offers plenty of breakfast coffee with nice food. It deserves more cleaning and maintenance in the rooms and bathrooms. The park is beautiful, perfect for children.

Nice place, wonderful cold!

I didn 't know this place but on the advice of a friend I went and loved the weather, but the employees are a little disorganized and sloppy the hotel needs an urgent revitalization old structure but very beautiful several spaces counts with cinema I didn 't go for the strong smell of morpho counts also with several pools but I didn 't use besides the chapel which was a little dirty I also need to have a look at the rooms both are huge very comfortable but with a smell of bite sigam @rafael18sousa travel tips!

A place I really like to enjoy with my family, tranquility, harmony, finally, much more, whoever wants to know more about Ytacaranha, I recommend it. I'm sure you'll love it. The worst thing about the hotel is the service, all the employees are rude, the receptionist and the restaurant staff can point out. To use the refrigerator they force the illegal married sale of products to connect it, since there is no wiring for the refrigerator connection in the outlet, the employee only takes if the purchase is made of at least 24.00 reais in products. I forgot an item in the bathroom and on the same day I contacted the establishment, the receptionist when answering the phone informed (without first checking the room) that they had not found it, that is, they do not have this responsibility with forgotten objects that are requested and are still ignored by the employee if the purchase is made of at least 24.00 reais in products.
