I went with my husband and family to an event over the weekend. We all stayed at the hotel. We had all kinds of problems you can imagine: shower that didn't heat up, cockroaches in the room, rattan that didn't spill out and flooded the bathroom, mold smell in everything, bedding and bathroom extremely dirty, television that didn't work, there was no water in the fridge (and when we went to the front desk to ask if you could take it, they said, There's a place near here, they're going to buy it), among others. And that in just two days.

Best hotel I ever stayed in my life

Old man, it's been around for a long time, I think it's already one of the most sought after and bustling in the city. Today in need of renovation and maintenance. I was in room 122, a very strong smell of mold, of the brave. I'm glad it was just one night. The breakfast is good, varied and well served. Located in the center of the city, it's pretty convenient. But you have other better options in the city today.

It's been better.

I've never seen such a messy hotel in my life. We arrived in the evening, and before 8 a.m. a cleaning lady came into our room and we were still sleeping. She didn't apologize and nothing like that. The room has no dressing room, we asked at the front desk and they didn't take us, we had to ask for someone to take us for the second time. An employee called the room to ask if we would stay another day at the hotel, I said no, and I went to answer something more, and he started talking.

Worst hotel I've ever been to.

Well, I usually describe in detail my stay and it wouldn't be any different this time: General: Unbrilliant attendance and I usually don't pay attention to these details but the staff are in well-worn uniforms... Room: The bed is very comfortable. I had a burned lamp in the room, sheets and a pushed broom closing the small cracks in various parts. The pillow smells like dirty head and the black-out of the curtains are not big enough to hide the clarity, that is, you'll wake up before the hour... Hi: Burnt lamp, sweaty towels and electric rainbow.

Hotel with prime location, spacious parking, simple but very clean rooms, breakfast with few options and the fruit menu well summarized, there was a sharp delay in issuing the tax return.

Normal attendance

A lack of hotel space, an excellent location, but poorly maintained, poor breakfasts, and poor food, spacious rooms, but details such as air conditioning, is old and noisy, at last a pity.

It is a pity.

At check-in we were offered the presidential suite for two nights because there was no other room available, and we agreed to pay $R10 above the pre-booked price through Booking. This was for a stay of two nights.

After the first night, when my husband and I returned to the hotel from sightseeing at 4.30 pm, the manager on duty said he had ordered our things to be moved to another room, which had already been done, because the suite had a higher price. I indicated this was unacceptable, the room had been offered by the hotel, and hotels cannot invade the privacy of guests by just collecting their things, and move them out. The hotel had to wait for us to be present and explain what was happening, and if in agreement we would then collect our things and move out. As we expressed our disatisfaction the manager argued I was wrong. The operational manager responsible for the rooms, however, did apologize.
