Nice hotel, well-structured rooms, excellent morning coffee, but the reception could go through a recycling as customer service, I didn't like the way I was approached.

Jalapao hotel

Good hotel for the night. We stayed three nights at the hotel when we went to Palmas to see Jalapao. We stayed on the top floor and it was very cozy. Room with air conditioning and cable TV, bar. Very good service. Good breakfast. When we had to leave early for the excursion, the hotel prepared coffee before our appointment. We also had coffee and a cake, or afternoon cookie on the way back from the tour. They are very attentive and friendly. I recommend.

My hotel option in Palmas was the 103 Hotel and Flats, but after the first day of the tour with the company Jalapão 100 limits they took us overnight at the Jalapão Hotel. It seemed to me an older hotel, with room, elevator, bathroom and breakfast only ok. The service was nice. The big negative point for me was the breakfast time.

The hotel's okay, but the breakfast time is terrible.

The photographs correspond to the reality of the rooms. The bed is comfortable, only the pillow was very thin (too low). The shower is great, with excellent water flow. The room is large, and the bathroom is small; both clean and ventilated. The breakfast is good. The reception staff are attentive and helpful. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. There is no closed parking, but the reception staff reported that the parking is filmed and monitored 24 hours a day by cameras.

Good cost-benefit.

Very well located hotel, next to the Sunflower Square and a shopping mall. Large, well ventilated and clean room. We were very well received by everyone at the hotel.

Night in Palmas

The Jalapao gave me a clean and relatively quiet room. The options in Palmas are not rich, so this was tolerable. Shower was weak, no cover provided on bed except a sheet, breakfast buffet was not great. Biggest problem was the front desk staff who were uniformly unhelpful. My safe was broken throughout my stay, despite 5 requests to fix it; my colleague's shower was broken throughout her stay. Her room was next to the elevator and stairwell and much noisier.

tolerable for business travel to Palmas

It is well located, close to shops and restaurants, 15 minutes from the airport by car. Safe neighborhood. Clean room and bathroom, new furniture. Breakfast has all the basics. Perfect for a business trip of few days in Palmas.

Basic but impeccable

If you are not religious you may be slightly annoyed with having 4 bibles in a room so small. I mean one bible surely is enough but 4 is ridiculous. 

The staff do not speak English here and the breakfast is basic at best. The rooms are nicely decorated with hot showers but if you are a light sleeper do not sleep in room 111 as it has the generator out of the back and so the electricity comes and goes with the air conditioning going off and on and the noise of the generator is insane even with earplugs

The beds are comfortable and the wifi is good but the bibles and noise meant we changed hotels after the first night. WE asked for a discount but were told they dont offer that, all the really offer is a nice bed in a noisy room
