Poor stay, poor reception, super rude owners, tight bathroom, bad breakfast and couldn't even order a fried egg, an unusual mood from the staff and the owners, roadside pounding, I never recommend.

What a miserable stay!

We had a reservation, me, husband and daughter, for a weekend. Scheduling was all right for going but unfortunately it was interrupted by a serious family health problem. Reservation non-refundable, I contacted the hostess herself for a date negotiation attempt, so that we would not lose the reservation, as the reason would be stronger. Person who did not identify himself by name but if said the owner of the place, if said numerous times unable to help and requested negotiation with the booking person while the booking itself informs that it is the option of the hostess a date negotiation). Poor care and treatment by the owner

Don't be mistaken, it's a hostel and not a resort. Most of the rooms are simple and the food offered at breakfast is also, much of it prepared right there. The location is not the best for those who want to stroll in Pyrénopolis since it is far from the center (it's on the highway, but it's a little over five minutes by car), but the distance from the city is rewarded with a lot of tranquility and an amazing view of the reception area.

Careful team and comfortable rooms

Although the pool area is good the rooms have a not very good structure, used bathroom carpet and a lot of pernilong.

It can improve. Simple environment. Satisfactory breakfast. Chalet mattresses, not very comfortable. For up to two days of accommodation, it meets the needs. Outside space is large, contact with nature. Good swimming pool.

The weekend

Dirty place, expired food, dirty rooms with cockroaches and the price doesn't match the place, sheer misleading advertising, I wouldn't recommend even to my enemy, the pool with the muddy water and the poor service.
