Excellent accommodation, room has everything well organized and working perfectly heated pool, hot tub and air conditioning all well taken care of.

Swimming pool and rooms very good, only positive feedback

The hostel has enormous potential, in my opinion, to be one of the top 5 in Pyrenopolis, so I returned for the second time in the same year to this hostel, but it needs basic investments, such as staff training, management, support for the night guards, care, room cleaning and especially at breakfast! Remarkable that all the staff were unstructured beginners.

Positive but it can get better

Room with comfortable, clean water, low-quality amenities kit (soap and shampoo). Could be better, since the daily we pay for is not so cheap. Simple bathroom. Box didn't close completely and sprayed water out.

Pleasant and comfortable

The first day we alerted the receptionist who had no facial towel and had a scroll of dirty toilet paper (wet and with some brown spots). He said he would provide, we went out for a walk, we came back and nothing. It was up to the receptionist of the night to decide. The second day we again requested the same receptionist of the day to arrange for the room. We went out for a walk and when we came back no one entered the room. The rest of the night staff again provided towels and bed linen. They charge 10% of the pet rate that you were entitled to nothing, not even a pot of water Coffee in the morning is served from the hostel's good dining room.

It's not worth it.

We paid R600,000 a day and we were all days of the stay without cleaning even with tags in the room asking, they warned that the order should be requested at the front desk 24 hours earlier, okay?

What a bad experience.

I don't think the benefit cost was worth it. The hostel is a pretty, very nice one. Only the Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, only in the reception. The pool isn't heated. Our room was leaking in the bathroom and got a nasty smell. Breakfast has more options if you get to 08:00, if you don't get there just take the end and nothing of choice. The pool bar doesn't work, and the prices are very salty. The service is good, the hostel is a little bit gritty, but it wasn't worth it for the benefit cost.

More negative points than positive ones

We spent a week in Pirenopolis staying in Terraviva. It’s a quiet place conveniently located. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfasts are diverse and delicious. One can order lunches and dinners too. 
The owner speaks English and is a great manager. She ensures that any issues or requests are addressed immediately.
This place is very quiet. There is infrastructure for families with small kids, including a playground and a small swimming pool.

A pleasant stay

I booked the place and the attendant said I had only 2h to make the deposit or she couldn't hold my room. So I made the deposit and eventually got to the"pousada". They are finishing a new building and while the place is beautiful, there is a lot of room for improvement. The fire wood sauna had a lot of steam and smoke smell, but no heat. The room was OK, but it was not fit for the two extra mattresses we asked and paid for.  Breakfast was nice, but it seemed that they were lacking an attendant, because orders were taking a while. They charge for late check-out. I would suggest they finish the renovations before occupying the new building because it kind of seems you are staying in the middle of construction works...

Premium price for a regular stay.

This place is almost perfect. The surounding is beautiful, the chalet very spacy, clean and nice and Gaby (Gabriela the manager) utmost friendly and helpful.
The park is wonderfull designed, with a great diversity of plants, it has a small swimming pool and a pool for small children. Also a free sauna and jakoozi. For the kids there is a playing ground. Some of the chalets have kitchens. The park lays at the edge of the town but not too far away from the centre. We stayed three nights but didn't had a change to try the restaurant for dinner, but we think it will be the same good quality the breakfast The bed is good, but the only dissonance is the barking dogs in the surounding at night, which kept us from a deep sleep, and is the only reason that we cannot give a perfect score. Earplugs will help.
