We stayed from 13 to 15 May 22nd. All the rooms are very clean, all the staff of the hostel are polite and attentive. Highlight positive for breakfast with a lot of variety, very tasty things and some prepared in a personalized way such as: scrambled eggs, fried and tapioca, all made the way we ordered. Pool with solar heating and allow us to take our own drinks to the common areas. Simple and cozy room, but we find the mattress very soft. I recommend and we will definitely come back.

A cozy and hospitable place

Excellent reception, attendance, organization and breakfast. Mrs. Pollyana is very attentive. The inn has a team of qualified and motivated professionals. The breakfast was a great highlight, with several options in the menu, working properly.

Excellent reception service. Very good breakfast and excellent service. Spacious and clean room. Quiet environment. Necessity of small repairs in the premises. The staircase has a very high ladder (about 25 cm)

Pous!ada is clean, with a service that makes all the difference in wanting to come back. Morning coffee with fruit options! Super recommend for the hospitality.

Very simple landing, but with a 5-star service. Clean, very well located and everything working. In times of COVID, I was very zealous about safety and hygiene issues. Simple but very tasty breakfast. Very familiar environment.

Super familiar environment, the girls were super attentive, very tasty breakfast, Wi-Fi works super well, the environment is super clean. You have a garage and they give you a key and you feel good. I'm sure you'd come back. I loved it!!!

Pollyan landing

Positives: Free parking, accepts pets, decent breakfast, clean
Negatives: 20 minute walk from downtown, run-down, cheap foam mattresses, guests blasting music from their cars parked in front of the pousada - during the day, but still bothersome, price we paid was too high for the quality and location (R200 per night).
I misunderstood the gentleman when booking the rooms - didn't realize we would be in one room the first night, and a different on the second night. The second room was acceptable (not great, still not worth it), the first one was horrible. No air conditioning and tiny. There was a ceiling fan but the room was located in the middle of the building with no cross breeze, so we sweated all night. Also, in the second room, the light switch for the bathroom was located inside the shower stall. They charged the same price for both nights. I blame myself for not questioning more completely about the rooms beforehand, but feel they should have been more clear about this. They are charging the same price as much nicer places nearer into the historic center.
