Set in Pyrénopolis on a scale...nothing sophisticated and nothing rustic...on a scale. We stayed in a very comfortable, isolated and comfortable cabin on a scale. Good room, excellent bed, bed and bath changed daily, clean, comfortable bathroom (although it was an electric shower, but it didn't compromise on anything). Silence and many birds. Place with beautiful and well-groomed gardens. Place to feel very well. Excellent breakfast and attentive team. We did excellent massage in the SPA, nothing to do with these common hotel massages.

Excellent accommodation option in Pyrenopolis

I love it and I've stayed several times. I love that it accepts pets. I love that the location is remote and allows you to have an indescribable peace, no car noises, and with a beautiful view of the Sierra, with an incredible sunshine, one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The rooms are very spacious, I preferred the renovated part of the hostel, which is more charming and spacious. The breakfast is very homey, delicious and with many options. Very nice and pleasant service. The food is well taken care of, it's crisp that there's a chef behind, from the snacks in the pool to the dinners, wonderful laughter. I haven't seen if there is, but I think it's kind of a savory sight to make a romantic dinner. I still wouldn't find the second swimming pool, ice cream and ice cream, unusable.

We stayed for a weekend at the Alter Royal for our children's wedding. The venue was perfect for the ceremony and party. All the contracted services, decoration and buffet, met our expectations. With regard to accommodation, we suggested greater care with accommodations, as we had hot water problems in the showers, lack of blankets to attend to all the guest rooms, and missing items on the first day of breakfast. The hostel is beautiful amid nature and at the foot of the beautiful mountain, which provided all the moments.

Perfect landing for weddings.

I don't know if it was because I stayed for the week, but the place was great, with few people, quiet, with the road paved recently, you'll be in Pyrénopolis in five minutes.

Great place to rest

A quiet and cozy space for resting. It consists only of a main swimming pool, home-cooked breakfast and quiet chalets. Close to waterfalls and close to the city.

Rest in the Wild

Excellent accommodation! Beautiful place, totally in touch with nature. The best service we've ever had in Pyrénopolis. Whenever we took our pet we stayed at the Alter Real and when we went alone the couple we stayed at the Villa of the Commander, but this time the attendance far exceeded that of the Villa. I confess that going between Sunday and Tuesday helped a lot, because with the emptyest hostel the attendance was very exclusive. John was wonderful, he prepared our dinner in the lookout above and provided us with a unique experience, with flowers and candles, without us asking, it was all a surprise without any additional charge. Also our breakfast was served on the lookout and everything was delicious, impeccable! My suggestion, they escape from the weekends and holidays if they serve. And if they are always in the lookout above and the pool can be filled with new spaces, when the hot tub and the pool is full of ice, it can be greatly improved.

The guesthouse would have everything to be a guesthouse grade 9 to 10, but in several cases it leaves MUCH JUST! Let's start by talking about the good side: the place is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and the staff are very polite PRINCIPLEMENTALLY JOHN! Their service is excellent and the menu food is very good! However, breakfast has very few options and the kitchen is not very agile, it often lacks coffee and juice (basic items in my opinion), it has few varieties of food, only orange juice and water. The good variety of fruits is always the same; the hard and dry dishes, as if they were from the last day, are always the same. The restaurant under the guesthouse size is not very nice. The three floors during the week leave a room with a large pool, and the pool with a large pool, and the pool at night, is a lot of water.

Dirty and frozen pool

The room is bad. The walls need paint (they were dirty) and the lining is PVC (not very well sealed) and it wasn't in good condition. The worst bathroom prize is definitely going to this accommodation. I don't have a box in the shower just a curtain and the bathroom is wet ALL. Besides, it has some variations in energy and the shower stops working on its own after returning. The vase is bad, it has a step to use it, super uncomfortable. The dryer pulled the hair instead of drying, I had to cut my hair because it didn't come out of water. The fridge didn't even have water and it's very noisy. You don't have to ask for any service! I never recommend!

It's not worth a third of the price.

What to expect from a hotel of R600 (double) and R720 (triple) a day? there are very few employees who, although some are willing, are poorly trained in dealing with guests, and have too many requests... access is bad for people with a problem of locomotion... there is a hotel option in front (Cavale Pirineus), a wonderful and expensive hotel... the rooms are not very good and there is a good quality bathroom and a good bathroom in the 14th floor.

The restaurant in the stable is fantastic! the meat, the fishes, everything prepared very well, with the quality of a great restaurant. the desserts are more normal, but the dishes are worth the highlight yes! in this part are note 10. what led to a not so good evaluation is the question of cleaning, because there were flaws in the cleaning of the rooms. in my case the first time it was done satisfactorily, but the second time it was well run and they didn't collect the garbage right. besides that even someone with the doors and windows closed and the air conditioning turned on was getting quite insect. finally, there was a security flaw. I was with my family in the pool and they moved to the roof of an isolated house next door. they could have asked for the area to be cleared or something else to be done to get rid of it, but later on we could have done something like that if they were not injured in the head and then we could have done something serious to get back there.
