Nice and delicious place! Super recommend!! For those who like quiet is the ideal place. The common area is beautiful and a delight to stay, the pool is also very good (and it was always empty because of the place to host a few people at a time). The breakfast is delicious and the girls are nice. For those who like to sleep in the dark it is PERFECT! The lights in the outdoor area are yellow and low, which makes you relax. At night we turned everything off and it was really all dark, a delight. The bed is wonderful, the perfect sheet and the braces are great too. We missed a screen of mosquitoes in the windows because it's just like the wooden beach window vc. I can't leave everything open. Due to the fact that the final light in the outdoor area was a fragile, but I was hoping that the shower, which is a fragile chair and a powerful shower, would be a problem. I also had a problem with the outdoor area, and I had to get back to the bathroom every day with a perfectly clean bathroom.

That's wonderful!

We love the well-decorated Pousada, the comfortable bedroom and the simple but satisfying breakfast. The hostel's swimming pool is simply wonderful and the owners and employees are very welcoming.

Surprising.

The hostel is amazing. There are no words to describe the experience and the care in every detail. We literally feel at home in the form of a reception, delicious breakfast and guest use spaces full of affection and convenience. Without a doubt the best experiences we have ever had in hostels and hotels. I suggest as an improvement only the shower, which to warm up had to be left almost closed. Oh, breakfast is really wonderful! We were looking forward to the morning and coffee!

The nature and energy of the inn is surreal, we really like it.

It's an incredible place, a super cozy weather, no desire to leave or go to the beach, everybody's very polite, it's a nice place, the pool stays warm till night, so I have positive comments about this place and I plan to come back soon!

You exceeded my expectations

Excellent accommodation, direct contact with nature, helpful staff... Marina has met me in a very attentive way... just perfect.

A great place to relax

The third time on the site and now during this pandemic. instead of making coffee (as is the proposal ), Lucca has 2 employees to make and serve in its bungalow. Because of this, we didn't have direct contact with the other guests. But all 5 bungalows were occupied during my stay and still we had a lot of privacy. The pool is a delight and it was what was missing for the site to stay 100%. We stayed in a new bungalow that by my mistake of not asking my person doesn't have a TV or refrigerator rsrs but this in no way diminished the quality of our stay because we use the collective refrigerator to store our water. Lucca is an amazing and all of the site are a love. We are back and soon we are back again rsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrsrs

Wonderful reopening

I've been visiting the Northeast of Brazil for 3 weeks with my boyfriend, and I can definitely say that Sitio Peixe do Mato was the best place we've stayed. The vibe there is incredible, you arrive among the mango trees to a bed & breakfast in the middle of the forest. The room is simple but perfect and very nicely decorated, and the common areas are made for you to just RELAX. The breakfast was the high point of my day, everything is freshly made: tapioca, hand-made yogurt and bread, fruits from the garden...
My only regret was to have to leave, as I could've stayed there for at least a week to disconnect from reality and enjoy even more this place.
There is also a common kitchen, so if you don't want to have dinner outside, you can cook like you'd do at home. Our hostess gave us great tips  and was there when we needed.
Simply amazing, I recommend with my eyes closed and can't wait to come back!

The place that touched my heart

All I can tell you is that it is short of what one lives in this place. we usually look for 4 or 5 star hotels to stay in, but this place surpasses any previous hotel experience. it is that one feels so welcome... one feels instantly to arrive, that it is part of the place. and feeling so welcome, it is something unique. we did not have the opportunity to meet Marina because she was traveling, but Luca made us feel comfortable. he told us the story of how he came to set up this place, he told us about his goals and plans for the future with tremendous passion. he even gave us natural coconuts to follow our journey, which we very much like. he gave us words of thanks to Luca and all his people.

A unique experience.

Me and my wife spent eight days in Sao Miguel dos Milagres. We were looking for a place to relax, to avoid noise and urban feelings, to be in full contact with nature and feel the pleasure of quietness. Peixe do Mato is a small farm a mile from the sea that carries all the elements of a bead and breakfast but not the spoil of boutique unique trendy hipster boring places around the world. A place to be left alone and be forgotten. Thanks god for that. The hosts are incredibly friendly and cheerful. If you need them they'll be there for you, but always a step behind and never forcing anything. They're just gentle. Food is amazing on breakfast and you can go for a fresh handmade tapioca or your favourite scramble eggs made to your cooking exactitude (because you should make them). Lazy people, please look for a hotel instead! Room are clean and beds very comfortable. There are only three rooms available so you can count on privacy and a very short number of people around you - a blessing in my opinion! There are many places around the kitchen to stay and the feeling is like being in one of those Thailand little villages all the time. Thera are many books, a pool table, armchairs and hammocks to lay down and have a great nap or reading. We were so happy! Like I said in the tittle you've gotta have the spirit. If you hate insects, if you want to be cuddle all the time, if you need people to serve you - look for a five star hotel. This is a great and amazing simple place. The best place to stay if you've got the spirit!

We discover here the vibrancy and magic of nature in all its splendor, connecting with the pulse of the atmosphere, relaxed and harmonious. The decoration is in tune with the place and inspires moments of reflection and well-being. We definitely recommend it if you want to disconnect and take a deep rest. We make special mention of the good care we had from Luca, the owner, a very familiar and close friend, we are thinking of returning next year to stay longer.
