I'm an appraiser and my goal is to collaborate. As the name suggests: Flat individual units. In front of Taperapuã Beach, very good spot. The breakfast is very good, but I do make a constructive review of the hotel's success: the coffee room is very small, the owner needs to study a way to expand the space. I watched some families queuing at the reception waiting for other families to release the table and as the coffee isn't taken in 5 minutes, which should be nice, it becomes stressful. The TV didn't have a remote control and someone just picked up a closed channel.

Economic accommodation and affordable beach

1-We arrived at the hotel and there was no towel in the room; 2-The towels only arrived at 7pm, but because I insisted too much, and I covered a solution (Check-in at 2pm); 3-The room we were placed in seems to me to have never been cleaned properly, the floor of the whole apartment is sticky, looks like dirt accumulated from at least since its opening; 4-The shower only has hot water during the day, it seems that the hot water is only coming from solar heating, the sun ended up with the hot water; 5-The morning coffee we ate is what can be called breakfast... The worst hotel I've ever been to in my life!!!

Bad hotel. Dirty, stuffed. When we got to the inn there was a spider on the bed, the air conditioner wasn't working. We were relocated to another room, dirty and stuffed too, cheap in the bathroom, the fridge stinks. I had someone else's eyelashes glued to the bathroom wall.

Poor hospitality

Excellent location, it crosses the runway and it's already on the beach. The rooms are well cleaned every day, the breakfast is varied and tasty. The staff are polite and solicitous, when I needed them promptly they answered me and solved the problem without charging me any extra.

Excellent location and cozy environment

Points to improve: super-thin reception service, it seems that the person is lazy to attend and without asking too much, did not explain how things worked in the hotel structures and not even tourist spots or walks, gave the key and gave, nothing nice and receptive. Apartment despite having a kitchen is nothing equipped, no kettle, microwave, oven, liquidator, nothing useful! 90% of employees do not use a mask, with it always down on the chin. TV is not smart, bad signal with chiado. Sofa does not exist, it cannot be called, it is a puff thrown in the corner with two pillows. Couple bed is two single mattresses, horrible to sleep and separate. There is no Wi-Fi and no socket next to the bed. But at the end of the street, I recommend that you cross the bed with positive stress, but it does not correspond to the stress, and I recommend that you cross the street.

Excellent Flat - Almost a House

We arrive in the afternoon and we leave in the morning, we ask for a transfer to another hotel for a travel agency and we pay a little more, a lot of snacks, ants and I even had a cockroach, tight towels, reasonable service, needs to get a lot better.

Holidays

We stayed at this inn for a week. There's a variety of food for breakfast. His pool is open until late at night. I felt like I was missing drinks in the bedroom. The water you consume has to be bought outside. There's a supermarket nearby.

The hotel is across the street from the beach TAPERAPUÉ and the restaurant Barraca do Gaucho on the Avenida Beira Mar. The rooms are apartments, in my case I was in one of 2 rooms (we were 2 people). It had a single bed, a single bed, air conditioning and TV. The kitchen had stoves and ovens, a bottle, a refrigerator, and utensils, a laundry room. The balcony was spacious with a tent. The living room with table and chair but a sofa. The wifi is free, but only had a sign in the reception area.
