Spacious apartments, hospitality and serenity

The residence is really nice and I found myself well during the summer stay (August in Brazil) which would be winter but the weather is fantastic with an average of 25-28 degrees and we went to the beach every day. The beaches are close and with fine sand and the calm sea and not far away there is the Axe-Moi swimming facility with fun all day, water games and entertainment. The staff of the residence The Court is friendly and ready for any need. The round pool has the waterfall and is located in front of all apartments. It is great for couples and families being a few hundred meters from the beach not affected by traffic on the long-term. I can say...

I have been attending this facility for years and am really pleased with the comfort offered by the residence and the really kind staff who are always available at all times. The apartments are well laid out with solid wood furnishings and in front there is the swimming pool with summer bar in high season. There is a free barbecue area and a small gym to stay fit. Located in a convenient location in public transport, supermarket and a few hundred meters from the most beautiful beaches of Taperapuan. The ideal solution to spend a few weeks in complete relaxation and comfort.

The apartment is very low. Lack of maintenance. Although it has good infrastructure (pillow, grill) it is not maintained. The only place that has hot water in the department is the shower, which has an electric heater. In the bathrooms and kitchen there is no hot water. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms. There are details such as, for example, no soap and you have to buy it in the supermarket. The toilet paper looks like a daily thing and the dishwasher is small, although if you ask for something else, you can get it. well, the disposition of the staff, everyone loves it very well. The fridge is large and has an oven, but no microwaves. There is no cable TV, but three channels and one of them is quite bad.

I stumbled upon this hotel quite by accident. The hotel I had planned to stay at was over booked and my taxi driver Chaves suggested Residencial La Corte. The price was amazing and the room was perfect. There was a small kitchen, dining room, living room and good sized bedroom. Everything was spotless. The hotel is very close to the beach, but far enough that it is not too commercial. The weather is perfect there pretty much every day. When you dream of the perfect place to stay for a romantic vacation this is the place you would ream of, but it is also perfect for kids. The staff is very helpful and absolutely go out of their way to accommodate your every wish. The beaches are spotless and endless. You will have virtually any spot on the beach you like all to yourself and there are also many restaurants on the beach for food and beverages. The town is very close. A taxi ride to town  will cost around 15 dollars US, but the bus is only two blocks from the door of the hotel and can take you anywhere for 1.25 dollars US. In short this is the perfect getaway at the right price. I would recommend it to everyone. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my trip. Thank you to all the staff for a perfect vacation.

Best Kept Secret for the perfect vacation

I stayed in October 2012, so before the season, the high season that is here from Christmas to the end of February (carnival), I found myself very well. the structure is made of good quality materials (I have seen other houses, maybe pretty from the outside, but believe me inside FANNO SCHIFO!!!, materials and finishes to anger....) by Italians, taking advantage of the principle of the Venturi pipe for air circulation, so it is cool without having to resort to air conditioning or fans (even if present). the structure is backward relative to the sea (Tapubella species of Tapuca) of my family residence, but what can afford a slash in reality is a spectacle..... the change room is a bit less than perfect.
