We love the hotel, excellent location close to markets, pharmacies, Alcoholics Anonymous, restaurants, clean, cozy rooms, good breakfast, super attentive staff with great restaurant tips, tours was a great vacation and I'm sure when I get back to Safe Harbor I'll know where I'm going to stay.

We traveled in 3 people on vacation, we chose the hotel by location and it was a great stay, besides being very well located, close to markets, pharmacy, ferry, pier and the Alcohol Passarela, comfortable rooms, clean, air conditioning working and refrigerating for the guest to supply with what they prefer, all very friendly staff and with great tips for tours and restaurants, good breakfast, has swimming pool but we hardly use it, we will definitely come back.

Holidays in Safe Harbor

Great location, spacious apartment, very clean, well attended by the reception staff and the girls at breakfast, the box beds are good, but they have a stronger density, and for those who prefer soft, you'll feel a difference, a tip for every trip, take a good extension and take-out multiplier.

I really liked the staff, super friendly receptionists, clean atmosphere, attention to the room, breakfast jewelry.

Holidays With My Family

Nice and helpful staff. Very clean environments, good breakfast. Parking is empty outside the hotel, the water smells strong of chlorine. Good beds, air conditioning and TV. Small swimming pool, but always empty for use.

- Wi-Fi internet doesn't work; - Morning cafe is very weak, and nothing fresh; - Cleaning to be desired; - Extremely uneducated donors; - Swimming pool only for children, so small, the photo is quite misleading. The only good things about this hotel are the employees who are sympathetic to the guests, but ill-treated by the owners. And the central location.

Low price but not worth it

My wife and I have been to Porto Seguro on other occasions in superior hotels and in the same category as this one, but I have never asked Manager Andreia about the use of masks at breakfast, because some guests have entered the hotel without it, and what I have heard is that the COVID-19 morning hygiene protocols are not respected by the Managers and Officers, they only wear masks when we talk to them, they stand at the door of the Hotel talking to passers-by and friends and then they enter to serve guests.

The deceleration rate with 8.1, the deceleration should be zero!!!

Conveniently located in town but that is the only advantage. I stayed there for 11 nights because I had to be in that area in town and it was convenient to the places I needed to attend. Compared to all hotels I stayed in Brazil and for which I rate high, this one is really not worth. No one speaks English (I managed with my poor Brazilian), owner and staff not friendly, the internet seldom works, electricity cut-down quite often, rooms are small with poor amenities, public areas small (breakfast area, swimming pool), no help nor service of any kind (if you wish eggs for breakfast, they will say it is one day out of 2, if you ask to print something, they just send you to a public print store). Too expensive for what it's worth.

In Porto Seguro town

A very nice hotel with a very good location, beautiful views, very nice and friendly attention, rooms are very comfortable and clean, very pleasant, morning coffee is very rich and varied.

The attention is correct, the staff is kind. Only a plug and in the bathroom it is impossible to charge more than one device and when you go you can't leave charging because the key turns everything off, a couple of times there was a need to leave the key on so that the electricity works. The bed of a square had no mattress, there was a need to ask one and the receptionist struggled to insist that the 3cm thick mattress was a mattress.... The breakfast ends very early, and it is very basic. The pool is testimonial. The closets are scarce, there is only room to leave 4 things. In short, it is cheap and it is in the middle, but it is a place I wouldn't recommend.
