That's a great choice.

I'll be staying until 11/10/2023, great downtown location, comfortable bed, good breakfast, clean swimming pool. I asked for a clean room and was promptly served. Reception with great staff, very polite. I'll come back other times.

This is a great hotel.

As I went to work for Safe Harbor, I was looking to stay in some hotel with good cost/benefit, since I would not use anything at all from the hotel except sleep. Apparently this hotel would meet my needs, however, despite the good location, early in the centre of Safe Harbor, it left a little to be desired. The hotel seems to be very old and in need of maintenance. The room was not there these things, and I had a problem: at night there was always very loud music next to the hotel that would enter the room and prevent you from sleeping. The whole structure of the hotel is reasonable for bad.

A room was hired for two adults and two children, ages 10 and 8, in the room there were three beds and an auxiliary bed where the mattress did not fit the bed, as a solution the mattress was placed on the floor to get to sleep. When complaining to the manager Gabriel he shoulders down and said that the hotel had a good placement in the booking. Unlike the manager, the other employees are great, and the location of the hotel is excellent.

It's a poor allocation.

The hotel has a very old structure, everything needs a refurbishment, but it is worth the location and cost benefit if you need to stay close to the airport and/or ferry. The morning coffee is not very good. The bed and bath are good and the staff service is great.

Valid for location

The hotel has a great structure, the cleaning is done very often, the breakfast is very good and the staff is super friendly and caring, not to mention it's conveniently located in the center of Safe Harbor, near the Alcohol Pass, which made us spend very little on Uber.

Excellent experience

I really liked the hotel, we arrived before check-in time, but they let us in, even though it took a while to check-in.

Good Location

I would like to congratulate the attendance of the entire team, starting with the manager Gabriel. Super attentive, welcoming and efficient to demands. The hotel is close to the stairs to the historic city, besides having leisure and gastronomy options next door.... And on a 10-minute walk you reach the famous Alcohol Passarela.
