I was attracted to the inn because of its proximity to the beach and the center. I chose a room with sea view, what I didn't imagine is that the sound of the waves against the stones wouldn't let us sleep. We had a dreadful night. The infrastructure is precarious, the bathroom smells bad enough that we can't even get into it. Exposed wires, ceiling lining with hole, everything very broken, dirty, ugly. Breakfast is bad, besides the herb served late. We had to look for another inn in a hurry so as not to miss the trip. What saved us was the attendance of the staff. Officer Frank was very attentive and made no effort to attend. We requested the cancellation of the store and the manager's room only one meter away from us and no one wanted to charge the rest.

Disastrous experience

As most reviews say, the staff are nice and polite people, the inn is too precarious, the lunch when they gave me the cutter was dirty, they opened the door to my room at night for lack of organization in the system, breakfast is congratulations but I think it's too late for a coffee at 8 a.m.

Not very good experience

I was at the Turtle Pousadas for the 22/23 Reveillon with my family. The staff are the essence of this inn, all extremely attentive and solicitous. No words to thank Roger, Miriam, Islaine and all the others who unfortunately did not keep the names. Attention on another level! Another positive point is that you can have lunch at the inn itself with prices practiced in the market, and not the absurdity that is usually the case. You can have lunch there every day and the dishes are of excellent quality and good quantity. The negative point is the structure of the inn, which also leaves much to be desired and needs an urgent refurbishment. The quarters are very small, there is no bank table/refrigeration room. There is literally no bank or bar bar bar. It's not just the cribs, the egg and the armor. The Ardi-Bull was in the basement but you could have a place of work. You could have lunch at the bottom of the pool. But if you have a room, you could have a room or a bathroom, but if you want to have a room or a room or

Wonderful people, precious infrastructure.

We were very welcomed and attended from entrance to exit. We arrived before 11:00, we were welcomed we can use the pool and all the hostel until the room is released at 14:00. The environment is welcoming the hostel is rustic, needs a refurbishment, but nothing that interferes with the stay. The breakfast is simple but great! The cook dna dna bete capricious in the rabanadas! I was positively surprised because the booking ratings were not good. Median drop-off. Median price for services provided. Very poor breakfast was so bad that bread was lacking and it took too long to replenish. Cleanliness was also poor. Room condition was lacking glass in the window and the toilet drain didn't work properly, officials responded well. But in the end it worked out. If it's too demanding, see right before hiring the service.

Worst hostel in Rio das Ostras, room without water, air conditioning wasn't working, terrible breakfast, molded room wall, among other things... I can't imagine going through this with my family in a moment of leisure.

Cleanliness (the room doesn't smell of mold or is closed, on the contrary, the bed linen is very smelly and super clean) - Attendance (reception staff are super polite and receptive, if you're willing) - Environment (the setting of the pool is always pleasant and familiar) Negative points - my parking (this was the main reason I didn't give 5 stars. When we filtered to choose a pool in Buzios, I had a parking lot. But the parking lot is very small and the pool is full of water.

Good Cost x Benefit

Points Positive: Excellent location (foot in the sand and very central) and good will of the staff. Negative points: Lack of predictability: one day the pool may be clean while the other is totally green. Always a surprise. One day it may have water, beers or soft drinks for sale, the next day the freezer is empty. Bedclothes although clean are very old, seem to have been in use for many years. In some rooms the shower has little water flow, almost a drop account. Breakfast coffee is a race. The small variety is made in very little quantity. Whoever does not drink coffee as soon as he opens at 8 o'clock will have only coffee, bread and the rest of the fruit already turned back. The poused remains in the hands of 1 single employee who has no potential for investment, but whoever is looking for a good business venture and whoever does not have the potential to be a profitable entrepreneur, but whoever is looking for a solution to the problems of growth and profitability is not a good entrepreneur.

Nice place, but potentially wasted.

Absurd! a precarious place totally without hygiene, dangerous and inefficient electrical installations, hospitals in serious danger, noisy bed, old sheets with a bad smell, undoubtedly the worst inn I've ever stayed in.

It's horrible.

Bad bathroom hygiene the vase is completely dirty the room smells like dust, broken TV, bad internet, old hard towels, dirty room with floor that doesn't see a scrub on time the worst thing is that at breakfast it's no longer nice its layout and environment my son ate a moulded cake this because it was Saturday morning, I keep thinking what day was that cake?
